Whether it’s a quick bite on the run, a casual lunch with friends or a savory meal at a gourmet restaurant, nothing is left to chance with over thirty dining venues to choose from at Mohegan Sun. Visitors will find a wide array of world-class dining experiences at Mohegan Sun, from celebrity restaurateurs and gourmet meals to burgers and BBQ.
Gourmet Dining
• Bamboo Forest: This restaurant features an exotic Far Eastern décor and a gourmet Asian menu offering an extensive selection of authentically crafted Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine served host style. Dinner service is Friday through Tuesday beginning at 5:00pm and is closed Wednesday and Thursday.
• Michael Jordan’s Steak House: Specializing in prime aged steaks, this steak house is known for its classic/contemporary steak house cuisine, award-winning wine selection, personalized service and architectural excellence.
• Pompeii & Caesar: Dining in an elegant atmosphere fit for Caesar himself, this gourmet Italian restaurant serves such mouthwatering specialties as Lasagna, Veal Scaloppine served Marsala, Piccata or Francese style, Porcini Rubbed Rib Eye, Rack of Lamb, Fruiti de Mer, Grilled Salmon and Chilean Sea Bass. Dinner service is provided Wednesday through Saturday starting at 5:00pm and is closed Monday and Tuesday. It is also home to Mohegan Sun’s Sunday Champagne Brunch from 10:00am -2:30pm.
• The Longhouse: Grilled and roasted, certified black angus beef and a variety of fresh seafood dishes are the main gourmet attractions at The Longhouse. The restaurant was named for Qunnekamuck, a Mohegan word that refers to the home and gathering lodge of the ancient Eastern Woodland Indians. The Longhouse accommodates dinner service Thursday through Monday beginning at 5:00pm and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Todd English’s Tuscany: Celebrity chef Todd English brings the flavor of Tuscany to Mohegan Sun in an environment that was inspired by an old-world kitchen. The restaurant serves rustic Tuscan fare with an accent on freshness and quality. The menu features a variety of salads, appetizers, flatbreads, homemade pastas and signature grilled and oven-baked entrées. Complement your meal with a selection from their wine list, winner of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2006, 2007 and 2008. In addition to a daily dinner service, guests are invited to dine at the Tuscan table buffet Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 3:00pm.
Casual Dining
• Birches Bar & Grill: Sit down to some delicious new takes on old favorites at Birches Bar & Grill, open 24 hours in the heart of Mohegan Sun’s Casino of the Earth. Whether you’re looking for delicious deli sandwiches, salads, a burger or culinary-inspired entrées like Cedar Plank Salmon and Turkey Pot Pie to contemporary classics like gourmet Woodstone Pies and Lobster Mac and Cheese, you’ll find a huge selection of hearty choices, remarkably reimagined by our top chefs. Birches Bar & Grill opens at 11:30am every day with lunch specials running daily.
• Big Bubba’s BBQ: Bringing authentic southern cuisine North of the Mason-Dixon Line, Bubba’s takes taste buds on a journey south, offering a choice of barbeque styles from various states. Slow cooking wood burning pits give “down-home” flavor to ribs, chicken, pork, brisket and other traditional favorites. Godfrey Polistina, whose past successes include Carmine’s, Virgil’s and the three-star Quest in New York City, brings his unique ability to create a perfect culinary experience to Mohegan Sun.
• Bobby’s Burger Palace: Located adjacent to Fidelia’s Market near the Winter Entrance in Casino of the Earth, Bobby’s Burger Palace features an array of burgers inspired by celebrity Chef Bobby Flay. From north to south, coast to coast, each BBP burger is Flay’s tribute to America’s regional flavors and traditions, made with only premium-quality ingredients and condiments.
• Chief’s Bagels: Located right outside Birches Bar & Grill, this unique bagel shop serves homemade bagels, pastries, made-to-order bagel sandwiches and freshly-brewed coffees 24 hours a day. Here, a spiraling wood-burning oven is the primary focus. A series of organically-shaped internally-illuminated elements which are backing banquette seats offer the opportunity for a quick breakfast sit-down.
• Chief’s Deli: Chief’s Deli returned to Mohegan Sun in late August 2008 as part of Casino of the Wind. This quick-service traditional deli is open 24 hours a day and offers sandwiches, soups, salads, lox, bagels and desserts. Limited menu is offered from 11:00pm to 11:00am.
• Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana: Founded in 1925 by Frank Pepe, one of the oldest pizzerias in the United States can be found in Casino of the Earth located adjacent to Fidelia’s Market near the Winter Entrance. Frank Pepe’s innovative coal-fired brick ovens produce New Haven-style thin-crust pizza and his world famous white pizza topped with freshly shucked clams offer guests a distinctive dining experience.
• Jasper White’s Summer Shack: Oyster bar and seasonal New England kitchen from famed restaurateur Jasper White. This award-winning restaurant features live lobster and crab, fried seafood, chowders, wood grilled fish and other regional specialties.
• Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville: Located in Casino of the Wind, Jimmy Buffett’s island escape brings diners from the woodlands of Connecticut to the warm beaches of the Florida Keys. The restaurant serves up Cheeseburgers in Paradise and margaritas from an eight-foot tall giant blender, and Mohegan Sun is its only New England location.
• Johnny Rockets: All-American fare is served up at this 50s themed diner/malt shop, complete with red padded booths, vintage tabletop jukeboxes and “soda jerks.” The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Lucky’s Lounge: The East Coast’s 1st Las Vegas lounge, Lucky’s features New York style pizzas, appetizers, martinis and specialty drinks. Although there is no dance floor, dancing is encouraged anywhere in the lounge! Full catering for private parties is available.
• Michael Jordan’s 23.sportcafe: This restaurant features modern cuisine in a contemporary setting that highlights Michael Jordan’s great basketball career. It offers friendly, upbeat, quality service in a new millennium sports café.
• SolToro Tequila Grill: Located in Casino of the Sky, this authentic Mexican restaurant opened in the summer of 2007 and features handmade guacamole and tortillas. The bar menu includes a list of eighty tequilas, offering blanco, reposado, and anejo selections, specialty margaritas and tequila-based cocktails.
• The Cove: Offers guests a chance to sample three different cuisines; steak house, classic Italian and Asian in a casual, comfortable atmosphere with quick and friendly service. Whether you desire something from the raw bar, a Steak Burger, an Italian Stromboli or Korean Short Ribs, you can find it at The Cove daily beginning at 11:30am.
Buffets
• Seasons Buffet: Celebrating the annual fall harvest season, pictures and wood cuts of local produce such as corn, beans, squash and pumpkins dress the walls of the 610-seat Seasons Buffet, located in Casino of the Earth. Guests can choose from fresh-carved meats and selections from Mohegan Sun’s specialty restaurants. Open from 7:30am to 11:00am for a breakfast buffet; lunch and dinner service begins at 11:00am daily.
• Sunburst Buffet: An unending buffet celebration of the world’s most delicious foods awaits in a striking environment filled with the vivid sensations of the sun’s harvest. Located in Casino of the Sky, expert chefs prepare fresh, traditional and exotic dishes in open cooking stations. Remember to save room for one of their signature handcrafted favorites including Belgian Waffles and made-to-order Crepes. Serving hours begin at 11:00am.
Food Courts
• Geno’s Fast Break Food Court: Step into Geno’s Fast Break Food Court and taste award-winning dishes from around the world! Stimulate your palate with sumptuous dishes ranging from Italian, Asian, Mexican, deli sandwiches, salads, desserts and more. All at an unbeatable price.
• Fidelia’s Market: Located in the Winter Entrance in Casino of the Earth, Fidelia’s Market features a variety of dining outlets that offer signature tastes including The Original SoupMan, Jasper White’s Summer Shack Express, Woodland Wok and Chief’s Bagels, Subs and Sweets.
• Sunrise Square Food Court: Sunrise Square, an expanded Asian experience, is located in the Autumn section of Casino of the Earth. It features an expanded bus lobby, Hong Kong food outlet and more table games featuring authentic Asian games. Food offerings feature numerous types of Congee and handcrafted sushi, a variety of Dim Sum, Vietnamese and Korean dishes, as well as traditional specialties which include General Tso’s Chicken, Roast Pork with Chinese Vegetables and Orange Beef.
Coffee/Dessert
• Ben & Jerry’s: Cool off with famous ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet and novelty products from this Vermont manufacturer. Featuring favorites like Wavy Gravy, Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey, as well as many more original and delicious varieties.
• Imus Ranch Coffee: Owned by radio personality Don Imus, Imus Ranch Coffee features hand-picked and sun-dried 100% Arabica coffee, blended from three of the finest coffees in Central America as well as fresh bagels and pastries. Imus Ranch Coffee features two convenient locations: next to the hotel lobby and the Sky entrance to the Riverview Garage.
• Krispy Kreme Doughnuts: This national doughnut retailer has three locations within Mohegan Sun. The main factory store is located next to Summer Essentials in Casino of the Earth. Like many Krispy Kreme stores across the nation, the main Krispy Kreme store features the signature “Hot Doughnuts Now” sign. When illuminated, the Krispy Kreme “Hot Light” signals customers that fresh Original Glazed doughnuts are available hot off the line. Additional outlets are located at the Riverview Garage entrance to Casino of the Sky and along The Shops at Mohegan Sun near the Spring Gateway to Casino of the Earth.
• Starbucks Coffee: This popular coffeehouse offers high-quality roasted coffees, espresso beverages, assorted pastries and confections, along with coffee-related accessories that make this café a java lover’s dream.
Lounges/Bars
• Bow & Arrow: The gaming continues on the big screens at Mohegan Sun’s very own sports bar. Come watch your favorite team in the perfect atmosphere at Mohegan Sun.
• Geno’s Pub: A great place for watching a game or to have lunch, dinner or a quick snack, the warm and comfortable atmosphere is why Geno’s Pub has become such a popular hang out. Start your night here; with so much to taste and experience, you may never want to leave!
• Harvest Moon Bar: This rustic bar offers a unique atmosphere with branches hanging overhead and earthy mosaic tile. From plasma TVs and video gaming, to a full menu of beer, wine and liquor, this bar is sure to suit any taste!
• Leffingwells Martini Bar: Wombi Rock, an amazing three-story crystal mountain houses this exquisite martini bar with plush comfortable surroundings. Choose from our favorite selections of specialty martinis created by Mohegan Sun’s own “mixologists.”
• Lucky’s Lounge: The East Coast’s 1st Las Vegas lounge, Lucky’s features New York style pizzas, appetizers, martinis and specialty drinks. Although there is no dance floor, dancing is encouraged anywhere in the lounge! Full catering is available for private parties.
• Star Bar: Located in Casino of the Sky, this venue offers a full menu of beer, wine and liquor with a convenient viewing of the latest news, weather and sports. Video slot machines are also conveniently located around the bar.

• Taughannick Falls Bar: Located in front of Todd English’s Tuscany, enjoy a cocktail of your choice with your friends in front of a spectacular 55-foot indoor waterfall flowing down to Chahnameed’s Island.
• The Brew Pub at Mohegan Sun: Located in the Race Book, visitors can enjoy world-class micro-brews named after past Mohegan Tribal Chiefs, as well as seasonal brews prepared on-site while viewing the continuous racing, Jai-Alai action and video poker.
