Featuring legendary musicians Adrian Belew, Steve Vai, Tony Levin and Terry Bozzio, the ensemble continues its acclaimed interpretation of the iconic 1980s King Crimson catalog while expanding its repertoire for a new chapter of performances.

BEAT unites former King Crimson members Adrian Belew and Tony Levin with guitar virtuoso Steve Vai and legendary drummer Terry Bozzio for a powerful live celebration of King Crimson’s groundbreaking music. When the ensemble’s existence was first made public on April 2, 2024, the vision was to present a creative reinterpretation of the three iconic 1980s King Crimson albums – Discipline, Beat, and Three of a Perfect Pair. $400 No Limit Hold’em Tournament Takes Place August 14th – 16th
UNCASVILLE, CT (July 17, 2026) – Poker players looking to make their mark this summer can take their shot at a share of $75,000 guaranteed during the Mohegan Sun Summer Showdown Poker Tournament, taking place Friday, August 14th through Sunday, August 16th in the Mohegan Sun Poker Room. This No Limit Hold’em tournament will award 12% of the field with prize money, giving competitors multiple opportunities to battle for a share of the guaranteed prize pool during three days of exciting tournament action.

Take Fundraising to New Heights During This One-of-a-Kind Rappelling Event on August 28th
UNCASVILLE, CT (July 16, 2026) – Registration is open for Special Olympics Connecticut’s Over the Edge fundraiser, hosted by Mohegan Sun, which will take place on Friday, August 28th. Participants are invited to take fundraising to new heights by rappelling more than 30 stories down Mohegan Sun’s iconic Sky Tower in support of year-round sports, health and fitness programs for nearly 14,000 athletes of all abilities across Connecticut. Whether making the descent or cheering from below, guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind event that brings courage, community and inclusion together in a bold way.
