Switchfoot Announces Mohegan Sun Arena Show 

Tickets go on sale Friday, February 7th

UNCASVILLE, CT (February 4, 2025) – San Diego based Alternative Rock band, Switchfoot will bring their  Grammy-award winning catalog to Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, April 12th when the group plays an 8:00pm show.

Tickets to see the hit-making act behind chart topping songs such as “Meant to Live”, “Stars”, “Dare You to Move”, and “Dark Horses”, go on sale Friday, February 7th at 10:00am via Ticketmaster. Switchfoot fans can purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, February 8th.

Switchfoot has sold over 10 million copies worldwide of their thirteen studio albums (including their 2003 triple-platinum breakthrough The Beautiful Letdown and 2009’s Grammy Award-winning Hello Hurricane), racked up a string of Alternative radio hit singles, and performed sold-out tours with over 5 million concert tickets sold in over 40 countries around the world.

Goo Goo Dolls Return To The Sun

Live in the Arena on July 28th.  Tickets go on sale Friday
Alternative rockers the Goo Goo Dolls are out on a headlining trip this spring in support of their forthcoming studiosftrou5 album Something For The Rest Of Us.  The tour will be stopping at Mohegan Sun Arena on Wednesday, July 28th at 7:30pm.  Special guests Switchfoot and The Spill Canvas will open the show.

Something For the Rest of Us, the band’s ninth album and first since 2006’s gold-selling Let Love In, is due in stores later this spring. The group recorded the new studio effort in their hometown of Buffalo, NY and in Los Angeles. Producers Tim Palmer (U2, Switchfoot) and Rob Cavallo (Green Day, Paramore) were brought in to assist on the sessions, along with mixer Mike “Spike” Stent (Radiohead, Dave Matthews Band).
Switchfoot is touring in support of their recently-released seventh studio album, Hello Hurricane. The album–the group’s first on their own lowercase people records–hit stores late last year. Hello Hurricane follows Switchfoot’s 2006 release, Oh! Gravity., which peaked at #18 on The Billboard 200.
The Spill Canvas’ most recent full-length studio effort, No Really, I’m Fine, surfaced in 2007. The set was re-released in 2008 by Sire Records as a double-vinyl package featuring the rarities collection Scraps on the second disc.
