Todd English’s Tuscany will celebrate Father’s Day with an exclusive chef’s tasting. Diners will begin with a Fingerling Salad tossed with Roasted Leeks and Roquefort Cheese, Pan-Roasted Swordfish with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes, Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon with Three-Onion Barlotto and topping off the meal will be a Signature Fallen Chocolate Cake. The special is offered at $60.00 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

Michael Jordan’s Steak House will serve dinner from 3:00pm to 11:00pm and guests can feast on a variety of dishes including: BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Chipotle Corn and Mashed Potatoes for $24.00; Roast Prime Rib Au Jus for $22.00; Grilled Hanger Steak with Wild Mushrooms and Sautéed Onions for $24.00; or Roast Rack of Lamb with Muddled Berries and Mint for $30.00. The Longhouse will offer a Bone-In Roast Prime Rib, Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Sauté with Pan-Fried New Potatoes and Fresh Herbs for $50.00 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

Bamboo Forest will serve a Wok-Seared Steak topped with Black Bean Shrimp and a side of Baby Bok Choy for $45.00 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

Birches Bar & Grill will prepare a three-course meal beginning with a choice of Soup or House Salad and then a Full Rack of Ribs served with French Fries, Coleslaw and Corn on the Cob. For dessert, a “Mac the Nut Sandwich” consisting of White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies with a half pound of Banana Rum Ice Cream with Special Sauce, Whipped Cream and a Cherry. The meal will be offered at $25.00 from 11:00am to 11:00pm.

A special Father’s Day brunch menu will be offered from 11:00am to 3:00pm at Michael Jordan’s 23.sportcafe. Guests will have a wide selection of gourmet dishes to choose from including: Smoked Salmon Salad with Grilled Asparagus, Baby Arugula, Tear Drop Tomatoes and Champagne Vinaigrette for $12.00; Blueberry Baked French Toast with Whipped Cream and Vermont Maple Syrup for $9.00; Roast Prime Rib with Au Jus Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus for $22.00; Crab Omelet with Remoulade and Red Bell Peppers for $12.00; Eggs Creole with Sautéed Spinach, Brioche, Prosciutto and Remoulade for $10.00; Steak & Eggs with Grilled Filet Mignon, Scrambled Eggs, Brioche Toast, Potatoes O’Brien and Fruit for $20.00; and a selection of delicious sides for $4.00 and $3.00 per item.

Lucky’s Lounge and The Dubliner will offer an assortment of appetizers and dishes on Father’s Day including: Buffalo Wings, hot or mild with Celery and Bleu Cheese Sauce for $8.00; Two Nathan’s Chili All-Beef Hot Dogs with House Beef Chili & Cheddar Cheese for $8.00; Chef Salad with Lettuce, Green Pepper, Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Swiss & Provolone Cheese, Turkey & Ham for $10.00; Tender Prime Rib with Au Jus served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Almondine for $14.00.
