UNCASVILLE, CT (June 8, 2009) –Mohegan Sun is excited to announce the return of the summer-seasonal ale Thunder Moon Lager.  The fresh brewed lager will be on tap throughout the property beginning in June19th and continuing through the rest of Summer.
Thunder Moon Lager is a Canadian-style lager lightly hopped with a medium-bodied character making it a smooth and refreshing choice, perfect for the warm summer months.  Brew master Joel Johnson has been brewing Thunder Moon since the summer of 1999.  The inspiration behind its name comes from the thirteen moons of the lunar months found in an Indian year.   Thunder Moon is one of four great seasonal ales brewed by Mohegan Sun.
