Grammy-nominated Leona Lewis joins 20-date North American trek
Christina Aguilera – songwriter, actress, philanthropist and one of the greatest singers of her generation, has confirmed her highly-anticipated return to the stage with a global tour.  Often referred to as the voice of her generation, Aguilera will pull from her repertoire of chart-topping hits and fan favorites, while mixing her bold, iconoclastic and innovative stage production into a live concert experience not to be missed.  The tour will be kicking off at Mohegan Sun Arena on Thursday, July 15th at 7:30pm. British Pop singer Leona Lewis will appear on all North American dates.

Aguilera is a five-time Grammy Award winner with more than 30 million albums sold worldwide and a major touring force with previous tours grossing in excess of $93 million.  She is widely credited with pushing Pop music’s boundaries over the past decade and with her new single, album and tour, she is set to take fans on yet another adventure.
Leona Lewis released her second studio album Echo last year and sang the Golden Globe-nominated theme from Avatar, “I See You.”  Leona’s debut album Spirit, sold over 6 million copies and broke multiple first-ever records – it entered the U.K. charts at #1 and became the U.K.’s fastest-selling debut of all time.  In the U.S., Spirit debuted at #1 on the Billboard chart, marking the first time in music history that any album by a British female artist has entered Billboard’s Top 200 album chart at #1, as well as the first time any British artist, male or female, has claimed the top spot with a debut album.
