Mohegan Sun to Roll Out iVIEW DM™, Elite Bonusing Suite™ to add excitement and enhance player experience
Mohegan Sun is pleased to announce the completion of a new games and systems contract with Bally Technologies, Inc. in Las Vegas. The contract includes Bally’s award-winning iVIEW™ player-user-interface on more than 6,000 gaming machines. A majority of the gaming machines will have iVIEW Display Manager™ (DM) with Elite Bonusing Suite™ designed to customize the gaming experience at point of play.
“In the today’s competitive gaming market, our complete focus is on our guests and providing them with new and exciting entertainment options,” said Paul Wright, Chief Marketing Officer. “The new iVIEW and iVIEW Display Manager with Elite Bonusing Suite will allow guests to participate in live races, play exciting bonus games and take part in second-chance offers, all without interrupting their experience.”
As part of the agreement, Bally will also deliver a lineup of new Bally ALPHA 2 Pro Series™ games, including several on the new Pro Curve™ cabinet, featuring the industry’s only curved LCD to emulate spinning reels on a video slot.
The iVIEW network is an interactive communication tool used by players to access such information as their loyalty club points, customized offers and bonus rewards while they’re playing. Bally’s Elite Bonusing Suite adds dramatic new levels of excitement and anticipation to the slot-play experience. The Elite Bonusing Suite applications deliver floor-wide, personalized promotions, second-chance-to-win events, and the ability for players to earn valuable rewards − all without interrupting their experience. These interactive solutions enable players to do things such as spin wheels, select and root for their favorite contest-driven horse, and participate in instant floor-wide slot tournaments.
“It has become clear to us that the best way to grow in this increasingly competitive market is to have the most innovative tools available and provide the best gaming experience for our guests,” said Mohegan Sun President and Chief Executive Officer Jeff E. Hartmann. “The revolutionary new Pro Curve product will have great appeal to our players.”
“We are proud of our long-term strategic partnership with the Mohegan Tribe,” said Bally Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer Richard Haddrill. “We are thrilled they have embraced our iVIEW network and Elite Bonusing technology for floor-wide deployment at their magnificent Connecticut resort. This investment, along with new Bally Pro Series Curve games, expands our partnership with Mohegan Sun and provides them a foundation for creating one-of-a-kind excitement in their competitive market.”
