Performing live in the Arena on May 18th

Multi-platinum selling, #1-charting rockers Blink-182 announced several tour dates in May surrounding the group’s co-headlining of The Bamboozle Festival 2012. They will perform live with special guest The All American Rejects on Friday, May 18th at 8:00pm at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Tickets are $69.50 and $49.50 and go on sale Friday, February 24th through Ticketmaster.  Ticketmaster customers may log on to ticketmaster.com; call Ticketmaster’s national toll free Charge By Phone number 1.800.745.3000; or visit any Ticketmaster outlet.  Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Saturday, February 25th, subject to availability.
The most recent video from 2011’s Neighborhoods, Blink-182’s first new album in eight years which debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200, is for the hit single “After Midnight.”  Says singer bassist Mark Hoppus of the video: “We wanted something that was a little troubled because the song is a troubled love song.  Isaac (Rentz, the director) came up with this idea of a guy and a girl trapped inside of an insane asylum.  They find one another, they escape themselves for the evening and they have a night of reckless romance before they get put back into their cells.”
Hoppus, guitarist Tom DeLonge and drummer Travis Barker reunited in 2009 after a tumultuous four-year hiatus.  Neighborhoods marks Blink-182’s sixth studio effort, following three consecutive platinum-plus albums.
