The $49.00 per person, three-course meal begins with guest’s selection of either a Classic Caesar Salad or Lobster and Fingerling Potato Chowder. For the main course, a Prime Sirloin Steak with wild mushrooms in a Dijon mustard, along with your choice of Yukon gold mashed potatoes or Scottish Salmon with Heirloom Tomato and Cornbread Puree.
