Jersey Mike’s, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, holds its grand opening in the Casino of the Sky Valet entrance on Thursday, December 17th! This will be Mohegan Holding’s third Jersey Mike’s location in CT with the next location slated to open in Marlboro, MA.  Mohegan Holding is committed to a total of 12 Jersey Mike’s locations in addition to 24 Smashburger and 15 Arooga’s locations in CT, MA and RI.
