UNCASVILLE, CT (October 15, 2026) – Mohegan Sun’s 23rd Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest (SWFF) returns this January, kicking off a multi-day festival on Thursday, January 21, 2027. One of the Northeast’s premier food and wine festivals – the event brings together acclaimed restaurateurs, wine experts, top brands, food enthusiasts, live entertainment, grand tastings and some of the most well-known celebrity chefs in the industry. Sun Wine & Food Fest 2027 at Mohegan Sun features 14 total events with the Grand Tasting Day Two taking place from Noon to 5:00pm on Saturday, January 23rd, followed by signature events like Vintage Cru Hosted by The USA Wine Team and Celebrity Chef Dine Around.

Tinis & Treats| Thursday, January 21st| A.T.Y. Bar & Bonbons
The festivities kick-off Thursday evening from 9:00pm – 11:00pm with the return of Tinis & Treats at A.T.Y. Bar & Bonbons. Back by popular demand, the intimate event combines handcrafted mini martinis, decadent desserts and signature bonbons from Sift Bake Shop. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes kitchen tour led by acclaimed pastry chef and restaurateur Adam Young, offering a rare look at the creativity and craftsmanship behind one of New England’s most celebrated bakeries.

Suntory Global Spirits Presents: Asian Market | Friday, January 22nd | Earth Ballroom
From 6:00pm – 9:00pm, the popular Asian Market returns to SWFF with Shota Nakajima, Kevin Lee, Jet Tila, Dale Talde, and more who will be joined by local restaurants delivering delicious bites, dishes with bold flavor, and unique twists on classic Asian cuisine. Asian Market also features live entertainment, specialty cocktails from Suntory Global Spirits, and a beautiful setting inside Earth Ballroom.

Grand Tasting Day One | Friday, January 22nd | Earth Expo & Convention Center
At Grand Tasting Day One, taking place from 7:00pm – 10:00pm, it’s at this event where guests can boast about being the first to explore the flavors, energy and standout selections of the Sun Wine & Food Fest experience. This evening event features no shortage of must-try wines, craft beers, spirits, chef-driven dishes, and live culinary demonstrations from renowned chefs and industry experts.

Rosé and Spritz Soirée Hosted by Chef Shawn Osbey | Friday, January 22nd | The Cabaret Theatre
From 8:00pm – 10:00pm festival goers can settle into “The Cab” for an unforgettable evening of rosé, spritzes, and Chef Shawn Osbey’s exceptional creations. This one-of-a-kind experience showcases Chef Osbey’s signature bites with a curated line-up of rosé and spritz stations, giving guests the rare opportunity to mingle with Chef Osbey himself. With a DJ setting the mood, this is the kind of evening that’s equal parts taste, atmosphere, and connection.

Spirits & Cigars, taking place 8:00pm – 10:00pm, highlights the craftsmanship behind exceptional spirits and premium cigars. Each pour is paired with a proprietary cigar, infused with one of our private barrel spirits. Featuring Mohegan Sun’s Limited Barrel Select Program, this tasting includes offerings like Buffalo Trace Bourbon , Eagle Rare Bourbon, Russell’s Reserve Bourbon, Don Julio, Reposado Tequila, Patrón Añejo Tequila

From 9:00pm – 11:00pm one of the most unique and fun-filled Sun Wine & Food Fest events returns as the outdoor Ice Bar Experience, this time outside on the Earth Terrace. This luminous, open-air winter lounge will be home to impressive ice sculptures, inventive cocktails, and beats that keep the energy just right.

Grand Tasting Day Two| Saturday, January 23rd | Earth Expo & Convention Center
The celebration continues with Grand Tasting Day Two, taking place from Noon to 5:00pm, with exclusive early access for VIP guests beginning at 11:00am. As the signature Saturday experience of Sun Wine & Food Fest, Grand Tasting Day Two is an exceptional showcase of great food, entertainment, world-class wines, and culinary discovery. Guests can sample more than 1,000 varieties of wine, beer, and spirits, enjoy standout offerings from local restaurants and food trucks, and experience demonstrations led by renowned chefs. Blind Wine Tasting Seminar Hosted by The USA Wine Team – Saturday, January 23rd | Earth Expo & Convention Center
2:00pm – 4:00pm inside the Earth Expo & Convention Center will be the Blind Wine Tasting Seminar Hosted by The USA Wine Team. In their second year taking part in SWFF, The USA Wine Team will guide a seminar that takes guests through a structured approach identifying a wine using nothing but what’s in the glass. Guests will learn to assess a wine’s appearance, including its color, legs, clarity, tertiary aromas, fruit flavors, body and more!
From curious beginners to seasoned palates, every guest will walk away with a sharper eye, a more refined nose, and a new way to experience wine.

Vintage Cru Hosted by The USA Wine Team | Saturday, January 23rd | Earth Ballroom
Vintage Cru, taking place from 4:00-6:00pm, is an event dedicated to exceptional wines as guests will enjoy premium selections from acclaimed wineries in a setting designed for discovery.

From 8:00pm to 10:30pm, one of Sun Wine & Food Fest’s most anticipated events returns, offering an unforgettable evening of exceptional cuisine, expertly crafted beverages, and renowned culinary talent. At Celebrity Chef Dine Around (CCDA), acclaimed chefs will showcase signature creations that provide guests with an array of diverse culinary styles. Each offering is thoughtfully paired with a wine, beer, or spirit, creating a truly special tasting experience. More than 20 Sun Wine & Food Fest chefs will participate, including Maneet Chauhan, Jet Tila, Andrew Zimmern, Scott Conant, Rocco DiSpirito, Antonia Lofaso, Adam Young, Marc Murphy, Jeff Mauro, Amanda Freitag, Gabe Bertaccini and our very own Chris Santos from Mohegan Sun’s Beauty & Essex.

The party continues long after CCDA concludes as novelle hosts the official Celebrity Chef Dine Around After Party from 10:30pm to 2:00am. Guests can keep the energy going with a live DJ and as an added surprise, celebrity chefs may make special appearances throughout the evening. Celebrity Chef Dine Around After Party is sure to create the perfect after-hours destination to cap off an unforgettable day of food, wine, and entertainment. Bon Voyage Bites | Sunday, January 24th | Sift Bake Shop

Italian Wine Masterclass Presented by The USA Wine Team |Sunday, January 24th | Earth Expo & Convention Center
From Noon to 2:00pm, guests will enjoy this masterclass led by The USA Wine Team as they take a guided journey through Italy’s incredible wines, exploring the traditions and techniques that make them extraordinary.
