Multi-Platinum Rock Legends Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms Announce Return To The Road For Co-Headlining Summer Tour With Special Guest Spin Doctors

Iconic ’90s Hitmakers Bring a Powerhouse Triple‑Bill to Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, July 31, 2026

UNCASVILLE, CT (January 20, 2026)  Multi-platinum Rock legends Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms have joined forces yet again for an electrifying co-headlining summer tour. The bands behind signature hits like “Run-Around” and “Hey Jealousy” have announced a 35-date run that includes a special performance at Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, July 31st for a 6:00pm show.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, January 23rd via Ticketmaster and at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Saturday, January 24th.

During the 2025 co-headlining tour, Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms took over the Jimmy Kimmel Live! stage for an unforgettable on-air mashup, highlighting the chemistry and energy fueling their 2026 return. See the appearance HERE.

Blues Traveler — who last year celebrated 30 years since the single release of their GRAMMY® Award-winning breakthrough hit “Run-Around,” a milestone highlighted in aRolling Stone interview with frontman John Popper — will join Gin Blossoms, whose quadruple-platinum album New Miserable Experience helped define ‘90s alternative radio, for this highly-anticipated run. In addition, returning from last year’s lineup, the tour features legendary Alternative Rock band Spin Doctors, commemorating this year the 35th anniversary of their multi-platinum debut Pocket Full of Kryptonite, home to the chart-topping, GRAMMY®-nominated hit “Two Princes.”

For Blues Traveler, the run is a celebration of long-standing friendships forged on the road. “It’s rare when a package feels so much like home that it carries a spirit which becomes tangible to an audience,” frontman John Popper reflects. “That was the case — by all accounts — regarding our summer tour last year with Spin Doctors and Gin Blossoms. We grew up with Spin Doctors as pups in the same litter… ours is a shared origin story. But working with Gin Blossoms was a first. Their music was everywhere when we were coming up, and yet only last summer did we have the opportunity to learn how fun it is playing with them — and to discover how much energy our three bands put out in combination. So we’ve decided to take this show everywhere we missed last year. We’re excited to bring it to you.”

That enthusiasm carries over from last summer’s shows. Guitarist Chan Kinchla adds, “Back by popular demand! We had such a blast last summer with Gin Blossoms and Spin Doctors and all of you beautiful people that we decided to bring the tour to the half of the country we missed. Can’t wait for another amazing summer!”

Members of Gin Blossoms echo the sentiment, highlighting both nostalgia and momentum. “Same tour 2 summers in a row,” says vocalist Robin Wilson. “I’ve never even heard of this happening before. It is a testament to the strength of the lineup. We’re all friends, we’re going to sell a lot of tickets, and it will be a blast.” Guitarist Jesse Valenzuela puts it simply: “Let’s do it again, part deux! Another summer of great music with our brothers in Blues Traveler and Spin Doctors.” Guitarist Scott Johnson adds,“Blues Traveler and Spin Doctors is the best package we have ever been a part of, something for everyone!”

For Spin Doctors, the decision to return for a second consecutive summer speaks for itself. “As far as I know, it’s pretty unprecedented for the same tour to go out two summers in a row,” says frontman Chris Barron. “I’m glad it’s happening because it’s nice to know that while we were having a ball, the audiences were as well. For sure it’s gonna be the ticket of the summer.” Drummer Aaron Comess hints at what fans can expect: “We had so much fun last summer on this tour we’re doing it again. Get ready for lots more collaborations, hit songs, and killer jams.”

ABOUT BLUES TRAVELERS

Nearly four decades ago, the four original members of Blues Traveler — John Popper, Chandler Kinchla, Brendan Hill, and the late Bobby Sheehan — gathered in their drummer’s parents’ basement in Princeton, NJ, to jam. From these high school sessions emerged a band that would go on to release a total of 14 studio albums, four of which have gone gold, three platinum, and one six-times platinum, selling more than 10 million combined units worldwide.

Over an illustrious career, Blues Traveler has played more than 2,000 live shows in front of over 30 million people and, with “Run-Around,” achieved the longest-charting radio single in Billboard history — earning the band a GRAMMY® for “Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals”. In 2021, Blues Traveler released the GRAMMY®-nominated Traveler’s Blues (Round Hill Records), a collection of reimagined and recharged classics from the American Blues songbook and the group’s first official Blues album. The second release in this series, 2023’s Traveler’s Soul, takes a similar approach, consisting of cover songs from a specific genre — this time classic R&B and Soul.

ABOUT GIN BLOSSOMS

Formed in Tempe, Arizona in 1987, Gin Blossoms helped shape early ’90s Alternative radio with their quadruple‑platinum breakthrough New Miserable Experience, powered by the gold‑certified hit “Hey Jealousy” and fan favorites like “Allison Road” and “Until I Fall Away.” Their hometown honored the band in 2022 with the dedication of “Allison Road Avenue,” celebrating the album’s legacy. They followed with the platinum Congratulations I’m Sorry, featuring the Top 10 hit “Follow You Down” and GRAMMY®‑nominated “As Long as It Matters.”

Still anchored by Robin Wilson, Jesse Valenzuela, Bill Leen, and Scotty Johnson, the band continues to tour extensively and evolve their signature Power‑Pop sound. Their latest album, Mixed Reality, delivers 15 new tracks that reaffirm their timeless songwriting. Inducted into the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2017, Gin Blossoms remain a staple on the road, sharing stages with major Rock acts and reuniting with Blues Traveler for another high‑energy summer tour.

ABOUT SPIN DOCTORS

Best known for their multi-platinum album Pocket Full of Kryptonite — celebrating its 35th anniversary — which sold 10 million copies worldwide and featured hits like the GRAMMY®-nominated “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” Spin Doctors are a defining band of the ’90s Alternative Rock scene. With their infectious hooks, bluesy grooves, and high-energy live shows, the band continues to captivate audiences worldwide. Composed of Chris Barron (vocals), Eric Schenkman (guitar), Jack Daley (bass), and Aaron Comess (drums), Spin Doctors remain a force in Rock music, blending Funk, Blues, and Pop into their unmistakable sound.

Their latest album, Face Full of Cake (via Capitol Records), marks their first release in 12 years, showcasing the band in revitalized form with warm Funk, abundant hooks, and the easygoing energy longtime fans expect. Featuring new bassist Jack Daley, the record reflects the creativity, humor, and collaborative spirit that have defined the band’s enduring career. With a blockbuster summer tour on the horizon, Spin Doctors continue to prove that, despite decades of experience, they are just getting started.

Lake Street Dive to Perform at Mohegan Sun Arena on April 10th, 2026

Lake Street Dive to Perform at Mohegan Sun Arena on April 10th, 2026

Grammy Nominated Band Brings Their Signature Blend of Soul, Pop, and Rock to Mohegan Sun Arena This Spring

UNCASVILLE, CT (December 2, 2025) Mohegan Sun Arena is set to welcome the acclaimed band Lake Street Dive for an unforgettable performance on Friday, April 10th, 2026. The show will begin at 8:00pm. Known for their dynamic live shows and chart-topping hits, Lake Street Dive continues to captivate audiences nationwide, and this appearance promises to deliver a captivating experience.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 5th, 2025, through Ticketmaster. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

Lake Street Dive have pushed the possibilities of Pop music as a unifying force, not only through their eclectic sound—a boldly original cross-pollination of Soul, Folk, Jazz, Classic Pop, and more—the five-piece’s all-embracing ethos has also made them a beloved live band known for building a potent connection among every crowd. In the making of their GRAMMY-nominated album Good Together, vocalist Rachael Price, bassist/background vocalist Bridget Kearney, drummer/background vocalist Mike Calabrese, keyboardist/vocalist Akie Bermiss, and guitarist/background vocalist James Cornelison reinforced the deep sense of purpose behind their output, often turning their attention to the many factors driving us apart today (e.g., unchecked technological growth, culturally imposed isolation, the cult of relentless self-optimization). Born from a mindset they refer to as “joyful rebellion,” Good Together arrives as a body of work both gloriously defiant and primed to inspire unbridled dancing and ecstatic singing-along.

The follow-up to 2021’s Obviously, Good Together finds Lake Street Dive working again with Grammy-winning producer Mike Elizondo (Fiona Apple, Sheryl Crow, Gary Clark Jr.). With its sonic landscape encompassing everything from R&B to Funk to Brazilian Pop, the album opens on its title track: a left-of-center love song celebrating the thrill of defying expectation and following your heart’s desire. Next, on “Dance with a Stranger,” Lake Street Dive once again prove their undeniable gift for crafting feel-good songs with an illuminating message, simultaneously inducing a carefree euphoria and gently fostering empathy. The wildly cathartic “Walking Uphill” presents gripping meditation on the work of self-repair, while “Seats at the Bar” puts a sweetly playful twist on the classic love song. And on “Twenty-Five,” Price shares a stark and lovely ballad steeped in tender reminiscence of a long-ago romance. All throughout Good Together, Lake Street Dive tap into the palpable camaraderie that’s fueled the band since their formation, ultimately delivering their most collaborative, expansive, and powerfully exuberant work to date.

Paul Anka Set for Mohegan Sun Arena on April 17th

Tickets on sale Friday, November 21st

UNCASVILLE, CT (November 17, 2026) –– Legendary entertainer Paul Anka brings his celebrated career to Mohegan Sun Arena for a special performance on Friday, April 17th at 7:30pm. With a career span of more than seven decades, Anka continues to captivate audiences worldwide with timeless classics and unforgettable showmanship. Fans can enjoy live renditions of iconic hits including “Diana,” “Put Your Head on My Shoulder,” and the signature anthem “My Way.”

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 21st at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Starting Saturday, November 22nd, tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office, subject to availability.

Paul Anka didn’t waste time getting his life in music started. From an early age he sang in a choir, studied piano and honed his writing skills with journalism courses, even working as a cub reporter at the Ottawa Citizen. By 13, he had his own vocal group, the Bobbysoxers. Blinded by determination, he would take his mother’s car and drive to perform at every amateur night he could across the river in Quebec

Soon Paul found himself traveling by bus with the ‘Cavalcade of Stars’ with the top names of the day. He honed his craft surrounded by the likes of Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, Frankie Lymon, and Chuck Berry. Anka was the youngest entertainer to ever perform at the Copacabana.

After a few hit songs, Anka confident in his talent as a writer wisely knew that being a songwriter meant the power was in the pen. As a result, he went on to write for Connie Francis, Leslie Gore, and Buddy Holly (including the last song Holly ever recorded, “It Doesn’t Matter Anymore”).  Other hit songs include the Academy Award-nominated theme for the 1962 film in which he starred, The Longest Day.  He notably penned the longest running theme in television history for The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

His later achievements as a recording artist included the charted song, “Hold Me ‘Til the Morning Comes,” a hit duet with Peter Cetera in 1983, the Spanish language album Amigos in 1996, and Body of Work, a 1998 duets album that featured Frank Sinatra, Celine Dion, Tom Jones and daughter Anthea Anka. If this wasn’t enough, it was revealed upon its release in 2009, that Anka co-wrote Michael Jackson’s posthumous #1 worldwide hit, “This Is It,” which has further cemented his place upon the most prolific and versatile songwriters of any generation.

In April 2013, Anka released his New York Times Bestselling autobiography, published by St. Martin’s Press, entitled My Way.  This autobiography is a remarkable story of a decades-long career as an entertainer, actor, and songwriter.

In 2018, Anka’s collaboration with Michael Jackson and Drake on the song “Don’t Matter to Me” was released on Drake’s Scorpion.  The song alone had over 400 million downloads and reached the top 10 on Billboard charts.

At 81 years old, Paul Anka continues to write and record.  His latest two albums, Making Memories and Sessions, were released in 2021 and 2022 respectively.  The albums featured new and never before recorded songs as well as new takes on old classics — notably “Put Your Head On My Shoulder” with Olivia Newton John, one of her last recorded songs, and “My Way” featuring Michael Bublé and Andrea Bocelli.
