This restaurant concept, co-created by Chef Chris Santos, will soon offer Mohegan Sun guests a high-caliber dining experience within the property’s Casino of the Sky, next to novelle.

The 11,000-square-foot restaurant will feature Tao Group’s signature global cuisine, including popular dishes such as the Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon & Tomato Soup Dumplings, Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos, Classic Beef Wellington, Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops as well as exclusive menu options crafted specifically for Mohegan Sun.

UNCASVILLE, CT (October 14, 2024) – The recipient of the “World’s Greatest Elvis” Impersonator, Shawn Klush will close out 2024 with a live performance at Mohegan Sun Arena on Tuesday, December 31st. Klush takes the stage at 7:00pm.
Born and raised in the small coal-mining town of Pittston, Pennsylvania, Shawn’s love for music led him to begin imitating his musical idol, Elvis Presley. He performed in the famous Poconos region followed by a tour of Canada where he entered and won the $5,000 prize in the “Worldwide Elvis Competition” in Montreal. This caught the attention of the award-winning Las Vegas show, “Legends in Concert” where for many years he starred as ‘Elvis’ in their Myrtle Beach, Las Vegas, Branson and Atlantic City show rooms. Each year he stars in the “Elvis Tribute Artist Spectacular Birthday Edition Tour.”, an extravaganza with Elvis’ own musicians, back-up singers, and friends, in major venues in the US and headlines the Elvis Tribute Artist World Tours.

In 2017, Faculty and Paul created the acclaimed immersive pop-up art exhibit HAPPY PLACE, which started in Los Angeles before moving to locations across the US and Canada and most recently to Sydney, Australia and New Zealand. In 2023-2024, Faculty produced COCOMELON PARTY TIME an all-new, first-of-its-kind, kid-centric event centering on JJ, Cody & friends from the hugely popular children’s program CoComelon, the #2 most subscribed YouTube channel in the world with over 400 million views per month. Party Time has visited 28 cities thus far across the US and Canada entertaining thousands of families.
