Live at Mohegan Sun Arena on November 26th
Returning to the Mohegan Sun Arena stage for the first time since 2007, Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band will perform live on Saturday, November 26th at 8:00pm.
Tickets are $95.00 and $75.00 and go on sale Saturday, September 17th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Sunday, September 18th, subject to availability.
On Tuesday, September 13th, Capitol/EMI will reissue Seger’s multi-platinum Live Bullet and Nine Tonight concert albums digitally remastered with exclusive bonus tracks. Both titles will be released with restored original artwork, updated packaging and offered in a special CD/T-Shirt Box combination at select retailers.
Seger & The Silver Bullet Band’s live performances led to record sales in excess of 51 million including 11 platinum and seven multi-platinum RIAA-certified album awards. Seger holds the distinction in 2010 for the #1 Catalog Album of the Decade for his Greatest Hits, which has sold over nine million copies (U.S.A.) to date, posting an unbroken 16-year streak on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums and Catalog Albums charts.

Live in Wolf Den on October 22nd
As Mohegan Sun turns fifteen, Country musician Dierks Bentley stops by the Wolf Den on Saturday, October 22nd at 8:00pm for an unforgettable performance. Admission is free, but all guests must be 21 or over.
Dierks Bentley’s rowdy sing-along party single “Am I The Only One” recently took the #1 position on the Country radio charts, as the lead single off his upcoming sixth Capitol Nashville studio project. Bentley’s new
album follows in the footsteps of his critically-acclaimed Up On The Ridge, which earned “Album of the Year” nominations at the ACM, CMA and Grammy Awards this year.

Fresh off his sensational performance at the MTV VMAs, Chris Brown with Tyga and special guests brings their North American F.A.M.E. tour to Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, October 30th at 7:30pm.

Billboard Magazine recently reported, “When Chris Brown took the stage last month for the Today Show summer concert series, few expected that his performance would trigger a record turnout of a reported 18,000 plus fans for the largest turnout ever for the show.” The magazine also noted, “Chris Brown posts three new titles on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop charts, marking only the third time the feat has been achieved since they began using Nielson data to power the charts in 1992.” Chris is featured on Ace Hood’s “Body 2 Body” and Game’s “Pot of Gold,” along with his own “Wet The Bed” featuring Ludacris. Brown is currently writing songs for Justin Bieber and Brandy’s forthcoming CDs and will be part of an ensemble cast for the romantic comedy film, Think Like A Man that is currently filming in Los Angeles.

August 27th performance will be rescheduled to October 6th
Due to inclement weather and to ensure the safety of all guests, the Ladies Night Out R&B performance has been rescheduled. The performance at Mohegan Sun, originally scheduled for Saturday, August 27th at 8:00pm is now scheduled for Thursday, October 6th at 8:00pm
Tickets are still valid for the new date. At the chance you cannot attend the concert on this new date, a refund of your ticket purchase is possible via the point of purchase. To secure your refund please contact the outlets where you purchased your ticket. Please note, you must request your refund no later than October 6th. East Coast Gaming Destination Marks 15 Years with Month-Long Festivities
Uncasville, CT (August 25, 2011) – Mohegan Sun, one of the world’s largest and most spectacular gaming destinations, is getting ready to celebrate its 15th anniversary and is planning to do it in style. The festivities at the East Coast’s top entertainment hot spot will take place throughout the entire month of October but will culminate with a Gala Weekend October 21st – 23rd highlighted by a one-time-only special performance by Jennifer Lopez in Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, October 22nd created especially for this celebration. Ticket pricing and an on-sale date will be announced shortly.
The weekend will also feature a celebrity salute to Regis Philbin. Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Stephen Stills and Country star Dierks Bentley will also be performing free concerts in Mohegan Sun’s Wolf Den on October 21st & 22nd, while the General Hospital soap stars of Port Chuck rock the house in The Cabaret Theatre on October 22nd.
Mohegan Sun will roll out the red carpet for special guests who will participate in public events including Buddy Valastro, The Cake Boss, celebrity chefs Bobby Flay, Todd English and Jasper White, as well as Mary Murphy of So You Think You Can Dance. Several other celebrities will be on hand to participate in the festivities.
A signature cocktail will celebrate Mohegan Sun’s crystal anniversary and special hotel packages, gaming promotions, food specials and more will be announced shortly.
