Country star brings his “Let It Ride Tour” to Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, May 30th with special guest Jack Ingram
Brantley Gilbert is kicking off 2014 in high gear with new music and a headline tour, which heads to Uncasville, CT for a 7:30pm show on Friday, May 30th. Impacting Country radio since its release, “Bottoms Up” is the most recent music the Georgia native has produced for his loyal BG Nation fans in over four years. The lead single from Brantley’s forthcoming album on The Valory Music Co. was made available in late December and quickly shot up the iTunes charts peaking at #1 on the Country Singles Chart and #8 All Genres. Coinciding with the single release, fans were also able to purchase the accompanying video, which was shot in Nashville and flashes from 1930’s vintage to modern day party scenes. The Country rocker will preview additional new material during his 22-city Let It Ride Tour, beginning 3/27. During Brantley’s second headlining tour, which makes stops at arenas across the country, fans can also expect to hear the Gold-certified #1 hits, “Country Must Be Country Wide” and “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do.”

Dunham is best-known for his famed troupe of sidekicks who are on tour with him: Walter the Grumpy Retiree, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, the beer-drinking redneck Bubba J, the manic purple creature Peanut, the spicy pepper from south of the border José Jalapeño and Peanut’s own ventriloquist dummy Little Jeff, a mini-version of the ringmaster himself. Dunham hand-crafts each character personally and brings them to life on stage.
Dunham will be traveling the globe in 2014, visiting the UK, South Africa, Australia, the Middle East and Asia. This follows his travels last year visiting Scandinavia, Belgium, the Netherlands and Iceland, where he continuously performed to sold-out arenas.
Dunham fans, better known as “Dunham Maniacs” will soon get the chance to see Achmed the Dead Terrorist like he’s never been seen before when Jeff Dunham’s first animated film Achmed Saves America premieres in March of 2014. When Achmed visits Americaville, USA, he’s mistaken for a visiting French exchange student as he plots to destroy the town and all of its “infidels”. But, once he’s exposed to the sweet things in life in America — including all-you-can-eat buffets and frozen yogurt — Achmed’s campaign of hate turns into a patriotic All-American lovefest.
Jeff Dunham’s TV specials continue to be some of the highest rated on television. When Dunham’s Comedy Central special Minding the Monsters premiered to a viewing audience of 7.5 million viewers, it became 2012’s most-watched show on the network.. The weigh-in and pre-fight press conference for Bellator MMA will take place Thursday at 5:00pm EST in front of the box office at Mohegan Sun Arena. Bellator MMA will take place at Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, February 28th with the first fight taking place at 6:30pm and streaming LIVE on Spike.com. The televised portion of the night will begin at 9:00pm and will air LIVE on Spike TV.
All participants from Friday night’s event will be on hand, as well as Bellator CEO & Chairman Bjorn Rebney.

The Killers have released some of the finest, most memorable, most loved songs of the last ten years, and they’re still going strong. Last year, in celebration of their first decade together, the band released Direct Hits on Island Records.
