From his beginnings with The Beatles in the 1960s, Ringo has been one of the brightest musical luminaries in the world. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed continued success, between 1970 and 2023 he has released 20 solo studio albums and 4 consecutive EPs, including the most recent Rewind Forward. Ringo formed his first All Starr Band in 1989 and has been touring since. Ringo has received nine GRAMMY® Awards, and has twice been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame — first as a Beatle and then as solo artist.
He has acted in over 15 films, received an Academy Award®, and has been nominated as an actor for an Emmy®. Ringo has published 8 books; had a stint as a male fashion model, and that same year went behind the lens as the photographer for some Foo Fighters PR photos. Ringo is also a visual artist and has had numerous exhibitions of his work and his “Peace Sculpture” is on permanent display in the Beverly Hills Park. Pautipaug Pub & Grille rebrands to Greenside Grille & Pub
BALTIC, CT (April 15, 2024) – Mohegan Sun Golf Club (MSGC), located at 7 Dows Lane in Baltic, CT, is officially open for the 2024 season for all resort and public play! As founder of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Fogerty’s career spans 50 years and he is hailed as one of the most influential musicians in Rock history. As the writer, singer and producer of numerous classic hits including “Born on the Bayou”, “Green River”, “Proud Mary”, and “Bad Moon Rising”, Fogerty is a Grammy winner who has been honored as one of the 100 Greatest Guitarists, 100 Greatest Songwriters, and 100 Greatest Singers by Rolling Stone.
Earning induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Songwriters Hall of Fame, and Baseball Hall of Fame, he is also a New York Times best-selling author for his memoir, Fortunate Son: My Life, My Music. In January 2023, he regained control over his works, acquiring majority interest of his worldwide publishing rights from Concord. Currently on a worldwide Celebration Tour, Fogerty is now performing his classic songs, with his two sons, for the first time since owning his catalog of songs which have resonated with fans for over five decades.
In December of 1973 at The University of Delaware’s Lane Hall, a guitarist, a drummer, and their rhythm guitarist set up on the small bandstand.
