During Over the Edge, fearless participants will rappel more than 30 floors down Mohegan Sun’s Sky Tower to support Special Olympics’ year-round sports, health and fitness programs for athletes of all abilities across the state. This marks the thirteenth year that Mohegan Sun will host Over the Edge, which draws participants from area businesses and corporations, community organizations and law enforcement departments and is open to all. Over the Edge participants must raise a minimum of $1,250 to rappel and weigh 100 lbs. or more. No rappelling experience is required, as day-of training and continuous support is provided throughout the experience.
