UNCASVILLE, CT (March 24, 2026) – Party on the Sun Patio concerts return to Mohegan Sun, bringing 14 electrifying weeks of free outdoor summer concerts to the Sun Patio at Mohegan Sun. Doors open at 6:30pm each Friday, with the party running from 6:30pm – 11:00pm and live music at 8:00pm set to feature touring tribute acts like Queen Flash, Fleetwood Macked and Beatlemania Again. Carlile was named OUT Magazine’s 2023 “Icon of the Year,” awarded Billboard’s Women In Music “Trailblazer Award,” CMT’s Next Women of Country “Impact Award” and NMPA’s 2023 Songwriter Icon Award and received multiple recognitions from the Americana Music Association.
On top of being a musician and writer, Carlile is a founder of the Looking Out Foundation, which has raised over $9 million for grassroots causes to date. Carlile lives in rural Washington state with her wife and two daughters, Evangeline and Elijah.

IN DETAIL: Guests can discover a place where family time becomes extraordinary at Mohegan Sun’s Family Days, returning Wednesday, April 15th and Thursday, April 16th from Noon–5:00pm each day. Designed with family-fun activities this two-day celebration brings together creativity and shared experiences—all in one unforgettable destination. Children will be able to enjoy hands-on crafts, a K9 demonstration, and vibrant face painting. A main attraction for Family Days 2026 at Mohegan Sun will be cupcake decorating, where guests will be able to decorate their own cupcake with frosting and toppings to take home. Children 12 and under can also receive a free slice of cheese pizza with any purchase at The Crafty Slice between 2:00pm – 10:00pm from Tuesday, April 14th through Thursday, April 16th.
Another great offering for young participants is the return of the Connecticut Sun basketball clinic featuring a special visit from team mascot, Blaze.
From games and giveaways to interactive surprises around every corner, Family Days offers the perfect opportunity to laugh, explore, and make memories together.
