UNCASVILLE, CT (April 11, 2025) – On Sunday, May 11th, Mohegan Sun will transform into the ultimate Mother’s Day destination as guests can celebrate mom with a choice between delicious brunches, a spa day, New England Craft Festival, or mouthwatering dining specials. And for those who can’t make it to the resort on Mother’s Day, Mohegan Sun’s gift card promotion ensures a very special day for mom in the future.
A yearly highlight at Mohegan Sun is the Premium and Classic Mother’s Day Brunches. This year moms are in for a treat as both brunches, taking place in the Uncas Ballroom, will be decked out with an elegant floral tea party theme. The Premium Brunch is set to take place from 10:00am – Noon on Mother’s Day while the Classic Brunch will follow from 1:30pm – 3:30pm. Tickets to both brunches are on sale now via Ticketmaster and the Mohegan Sun Box Office, subject to availability. Premium Mother’s Day Brunch attendees can enjoy chef-curated brunch specialties like pancakes, crispy bacon, jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce, a prime rib carving station and a decadent dessert display while the Classic Mother’s Day Brunch offers a delightful spread of elevated brunch favorites like fluffy scrambled eggs, mini croissants and scones, pineapple glazed ham, decadent pastas and a tempting assortment of desserts. Both brunches will feature live music from Mass-Conn-Fusion, and a complimentary Mimosa, Bellini and Bloody Mary bar.
Beauty & Essex will also begin offering weekend brunch beginning Saturday, April 26th and feature delectable menu options including, but not limited to, Chicken n’ Biscuits, Rancheros, Shrimp & Grits, and Red Velvet Waffles. Reservations for Mother’s Day weekend open on Saturday, April 12th.
Over in the Earth Expo & Convention Center, the New England Spring Craft Festival is set to take place from 9:00am – 6:00pm on Saturday, May 10th and 9:00am – 5:00pm on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11th. More than 250 local artisans will showcase one-of-a-kind treasures and handcrafted ceramics, in addition to an array of specialty food offerings, curated to enhance the springtime experience at this inaugural event. Sift Bake Shop and A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons are family-owned concepts created by Pastry Chef Adam Young and his wife, Ebbie, and both venues are located at the Winter Entrance in Casino of the Earth.

Sift Bake Shop is a 2,930 square-foot bakery that features a variety of artisanal breads, breakfast pastries, and sweet & savory delights. All menu items start from scratch with fresh ingredients, and every menu item from Sift Bake Shop is made in-house in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Signature desserts at Sift Bake Shop include the chocolate croissant, the Opera Cake, the Pecan Sticky Bun, and the Carrot Cake Roulade. Guests can also enjoy select gluten-free cookies. Guests can pair their treats with an assortment of coffees, teas, lattes, artisanal beverages and more.
Adjacent to Sift Bake Shop is A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons, presented by Grey Goose. All bonbons are also created in-house, and to-go packages are specially packaged by hand. A.T.Y also serves small plates, including cheese and charcuterie and the dip trio, comprised of rotating dips with a toasted baguette.

From 2:00pm – 6:00pm, guests can savor fresh, seafood flavors and other local bites from well-known New England restaurants, taste and vote for their favorite at the clam chowder competition, enjoy $5 samples of delectable dishes, and explore special offerings from regional vendors. Additionally, attendees can unwind to live performances by Will Evans and Jazz band, Roomful of Blues. Whether guests are sampling local fare or soaking up the electrifying Sun Patio atmosphere, there’s something for all ages to enjoy.

Party on the Sun Patio returns for 14-week concert series, plus the Sun Patio Concert Series offers legendary entertainment for all ages
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 25, 2025) – The Sun Patio at Mohegan Sun is the hot spot for outdoor entertainment, with the return of Party on the Sun Patio and the Sun Patio Concert Series. With favorite tribute bands like The Journey Tribute Show and Zac N’ Fried, plus electrifying acts like Buckcherry, Lupe Fiasco and The Roots, guests are invited to enjoy their summer soundtrack – played live, under the stars.
At the ever-popular Party on the Sun Patio, guests can dance into the summer nights to top local tribute bands while sipping on refreshing drink specials and exploring the bold flavors of a rotating food truck lineup. Those looking for the best seat in the house can reserve a fire pit, complete with a complimentary bucket of beer and cocktail service for up to eight guests.
