New York strip steak, mashed Boursin Yukon potatoes, sautéed broccolini and three grilled shrimp tossed in a demi-glace for $100. Pair the delicious meal with a Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Martini for $16, or half bottles of Moët & Chandon for $40 each. BALLO Italian Restaurant is also kicking off the holiday a little early with dining specials that run from Friday, February 9th through Thursday, February 15th. Specials include Frutti di Mare, made of house-cured salmon, braised octopus, Sicilian blood orange and Calabrian chili for $22, and a special Surf & Turf made with an 8-oz. filet mignon, burro bianco poached lobster and roasted asparagus for $72. Over at Todd English’s Tuscany, guests can enjoy an Arugula Avocado Salad for $16, made with baby arugula, sliced avocado, halved grape heirloom tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and topped with a refreshing lemon vinaigrette. Specials also include Lobster Ravioli with black truffle cream, fried shallots and chives for $40, and Steak Frites, complete with a 10-oz. hanger steak, skin-on fries and hollandaise for $45.

Those looking for a lavish dining experience can look no further than Michael Jordan’s Steak House. Roasted Oysters with Parmesan breadcrumbs, black garlic truffle butter and pickled beets are available for $22, and the main course is Chateaubriand for Two, featuring 30-day butter-aged 22-oz. filet mignon paired with a truffled pomme puree and mushroom bordelaise for $130. Toast to the night with Vollereaux Brut champagne for two for $25.

Next door at MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill, guests can enjoy a classic surf & turf, complete with a 7-oz. filet mignon, a 6-oz. lobster tail, sweet mashed potatoes, green beans and a red wine sauce for $65. Dessert is a rich chocolate lava cake served with chocolate ice cream and caramelized raspberries for $15. Sol Toro is also offering their delicious version of Surf & Turf, complete with a 10-oz. New York strip steak, shrimp enchilada and chipotle cream for $55. The Valentine’s Day cocktail at Sol Toro is the Apasionado del Corazón, made with Corazón Blanco, Passoã (passionfruit liquor), fresh lime juice and agave for $16.

Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House is serving up their special Marry Me Chicken – sautéed chicken in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce with spinach, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil over a bed of spaghetti for $26. Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House’s version of Surf & Turf includes a 14-oz. New York strip steak topped with chimichurri sauce, a 6-oz. lobster tail, roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts for $70. Dessert is Fried Ice Cream consisting of deep-fried ice cream coated in Corn Flakes, topped with strawberry compote, chocolate rings and whipped cream for $12.

A prix fixe dinner for two at Jasper White’s Summer Shack is $100 and starts with the choice of a shareable appetizer. Options include Cocktail Shrimp, Mussels with white wine, garlic and herbs, Rhode Island Style Calamari served with cherry peppers and garlic butter, or Sesame Crusted Tuna served with daikon radish and bang bang sauce. Next up is a choice of either a mixed green salad with house vinaigrette or a cup of chowder. For the entrée, options include Shack Baked Stuffed Shrimp served with lobster sauce and white rice, Grilled Tenderloin Steak Tip Frites topped with garlic butter and served with fries, Grilled Salmon with a side of roasted herb potatoes, grilled asparagus and beurre blanc, and Herb Roasted Chicken with mashed potatoes, broccoli and gravy. The Valentine’s Day special at Sushi Koya is $60 and includes Edamame, the Salmon Lover (or Tuna Lover), a Traditional Maki Roll (excluding Rainbow, Dragon and Soft-Shell Crab), two Dinosaur Eggs and four pieces of Sashimi (Chef’s Choice). Enjoy delectable dining specials between January 21st – 25th at select restaurants across property

UNCASVILLE, CT (December 28, 2023) – Mohegan Sun’s annual Restaurant Week is back, and guests can enjoy mouthwatering dining specials for a five-day stretch from Sunday, January 21st through Thursday, January 25th.  Restaurants including, but not limited to, BALLO Italian Restaurant, Michael Jordan’s Steak House, Todd English’s Tuscany and TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge will be getting in on the Restaurant Week action by offering can’t-miss dining specials.

Guests can enjoy Restaurant Week at BALLO Italian Restaurant with a three-course meal option for $45 per person. For the first course, guests can choose either a Caesar Salad with Parmigiano and croutons, an Arugula Salad with pine nuts, shaved Parmigiano and lemon, or Meatballs made with Pomodoro, pecorino, basil and mozzarella. The second course gives guests the option of Chicken Francese made with sautéed spinach, roasted garlic, grilled lemon and white wine, Campanella alla Vodka served with stracciatella, Salmon served with roasted Brussels, butternut squash, almonds and Calabrian honey or Eggplant Parmigiana made with mozzarella, pomodoro and basil. For the third course, enjoy a Vanilla and Chocolate Chip Cannoli.

The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House’s Restaurant Week specials include an Irish Trio consisting of house made shepherd’s pie, corned beef & cabbage, banger sausage and soda bread for $36 and Corned Beef & Cabbage Spring Rolls made with corned beef, cabbage, carrots, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing for $16. Pan-Roasted Lobster served with butter, bourbon, white wine, chervil, shallots and corn on the cob, a Seafood Fra Diavola with Linguini, lobster, shrimp and squid in a spicy red sauce or Grilled Tenderloin Steak Tips served with sautéed mushrooms, garlic broccoli, mashed potatoes and peppercorn cream sauce. For the third course, guests can enjoy a house made dessert.

Sushi Koya is set to offer a special three course meal for $40 per person. For the first course, guests can choose between a Kani Salad or Seaweed Salad. Options for the second course include Dinosaur Eggs consisting of spicy tuna wrapped in avocado, a Sushi Appetizer featuring five pieces of raw fish (Chef’s choice) served with rice or Pork Gyoza. The third course features a selection of one the following: Chef’s Special Roll, Dancing Eel (spicy lobster topped with eel and avocado and kabayaki sauce), Black Samurai (spicy tuna and avocado topped with black pepper tuna, scallion, tobiko and kabayaki sauce), Mermaid (Kano, shrimp and avocado topped with seared spicy salmon, tobiko and spicy mayo), Koya Roll (shrimp tempura and cucumber topped with spicy tuna, kabayaki sauce and tobiko), Volcano Roll (spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado and tempura crunch with kabayaki sauce and spicy mayo) or Salmon Lover (spicy salmon and mango with spicy mayo sauce and crunch).

At Todd English’s Tuscany, foodies can enjoy Restaurant Week with a three-course meal for $50 per person from 5:00pm – close on Monday, January 22nd through Wednesday, January 24th. For the first course, guests can pick among an Autumn Salad consisting of Arcadia mix, double smoked bacon lardons, dried cranberries, Granny Smith apples, pecans, gorgonzola cheese and pomegranate vinaigrette or a Caesar Salad featuring Little Gem lettuce, Tuscan croutons and eggless Caesar dressing or lastly, a house made Lobster Bisque consisting of Maine lobster meat, roasted fennel and chives. For the second course, choose a house made Butternut Squash Ravioli with brown butter, sage and toasted pepitas or a 6 oz. Bone-In Pork Chop served with braised Napa cabbage and Granny Smith apples, silk potatoes and apple butter or a 4 oz. Salmon Florentine served with roasted root vegetables, parsnip puree and lemon butter. For the third course, guests can enjoy a selection of Sorbet Gelato with Chocolate Biscotti or Tiramisu with Coffee Ganache and Chocolate-Covered Espresso Beans.

Restaurant Week at Tao Asian Bistro & Lounge will take place from 5:00pm – close on Monday, January 22nd through Wednesday, January 24th with the featured special being a Pu-Pu Platter consisting of one piece of Crispy Tuna, one piece of Satay Bass, one piece of Chicken Satay, one piece of Gyoza and one Lollipop Wing for $30.

Available from 5:00pm – 8:00pm during Restaurant Week, Johnny Rockets will offer two burgers, one side and two shakes for $30.

UNCASVILLE, CT (December 14, 2023) – Mohegan Sun, one of the world’s leading integrated entertainment resort destinations, is pleased to announce The Shed Restaurant, a new restaurant concept by celebrated restaurateur, John J. Tunney III. This new dining offering will be located in Casino of the Earth, adjacent to Tunney’s other renowned dining offering BALLO Italian Restaurant and across from Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria Napoletana. The 8,100 square-foot space is set to open in Spring 2024.
