Live at Mohegan Sun on Friday, April 23rd with special guest Darryl Worley
Country duo Montgomery Gentry are hitting the road this spring, stopping at Mohegan Sun Arena for a special performance in the Arena with special guest Darryl Worley on Friday, April 23rd at 8:00pm.
Tickets are $35.00 and go on sale Friday, January 29th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Montgomery Gentry has captured a large following with their “what you see is what you get” mentality. Their accolades include gold and platinum albums, CMA and ACM awards, a Grammy nomination and sold-out tours. Kentucky natives, Montgomery Gentry –Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry – released their most recent studio effort, For Our Heroes, in early 2009. The set, which is available exclusively at Cracker Barrel locations nationwide, is an endeavor that benefits the Wounded Warrior Project.
Darryl Worley’s sixth studio effort, Sounds Like Life, was released early last year and spawned the hit single “Sounds Like Life to Me,” which peaked at #11 on Billboard’s Hot Country Chart.

Mohegan Sun and Spin Street will be hosting Darryl Worley as he takes part in an exclusive “Signings & Sightings” event on August 20th
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 4, 2009)— Spin Street and Mohegan Sun are playing host to one of Country music’s hottest artists Darryl Worley for an exclusive “Signings & Sightings” event. This exclusive personal appearance and CD signing will take place on the Spin Street Stage in The Shops at Mohegan Sun concourse immediately following his performance in the Wolf Den on Thursday, August 20th. This “Signings & Sightings” event is sponsored by Spin Street and The Shops at Mohegan Sun. Darryl Worley’s latest CD Sounds Like Life will be available and at sale price leading up to and on the day of this event at Spin Street.
Darryl Worley’s performance in the Wolf Den starts at 8:00pm and is free and open to the public. Seating is based on a first-come; first-serve basis.
Darryl Worley is a very successful and critically-acclaimed Country music artist who has enlisted seventeen singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, three of which have reached the top spot including “I Miss My Friend,” “Have You Forgotten?” and “Awful, Beautiful Life.” His latest album Sounds Like Life has been branded a “must have” by critics alike and features the hit single “Sounds Like Life To Me” which currently resides on the Top 20 U.S. Billboard Country Singles chart.
