Craft brews, savory bites, live entertainment, Stein Hoisting showdowns, a Cornhole Tournament and more arrive on Saturday, October 25th for the 12th Annual Sun BrewFest inside the Earth Expo & Convention Center
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 21, 2025) – Guests are invited to raise their glass as Sun BrewFest at Mohegan Sun is officially back! On Saturday, October 25th from 3:00pm – 6:00pm, the Earth Expo & Convention Center will be transformed into a vibrant celebration of craft and community, where bold brews and flavor take center stage. Tickets to the 12th Annual Sun BrewFest are on sale now via ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office, subject to availability. Additionally, designated driver tickets will be available for those who are skipping alcohol, but still want to enjoy the entertainment, activities, and great food at Sun BrewFest.
Sun BrewFest, one of Mohegan Sun’s most popular annual festivals, allows guests to experience a curated collection of more than 100 standout regional brews, with each pour included in the price of admission. From hoppy IPAs to smooth stouts, every sip is a toast to craftsmanship. Complementing the brews are delectable bites and free samples from beloved local culinary stars, including a seasonal showstopper from NoRA Cupcake Company: the Oktoberfest FallFest Cupcake, featuring beer-infused cake and a rich pumpkin cheesecake filling. For those craving more, full-sized offerings will be available for purchase from a variety of participating vendors. This year, the Sun BrewFest experience incorporates Seltzer Social – a lineup dedicated to a crisp, refreshing escape featuring a variety of hard seltzers and light libations. No separate ticket required.
The experience doesn’t stop at the glass. Live music by Whiskey Boulevard will set the perfect soundtrack for the afternoon, while events like a Cornhole Tournament by Real Wicked Events and a Stein Hoisting Competition keep the energy high. Guests can kick up their heels with line dancing, cast their vote in the People’s Choice Food Competition, or explore unique lifestyle vendors like All Paws on Deck’s adoption event – a playful addition to the festivities that brings four-legged charm to the party. Whether guests are seasoned beer enthusiasts or just here for the vibe, Sun BrewFest delivers an experience worth toasting.
Guests are invited to bring their best competition and toss some bags at the Sun BrewFest Cornhole Tournament hosted by Real Wicked Events. The winning team will receive a $500 cash prize, a free hotel stay for future use and two tickets to a show at Mohegan Sun Arena (subject to availability)! Second place will receive a $300 cash prize and third place will receive a $200 cash prize. Advanced registration for the Real Wicked Cornhole tournament is required to participate. For tournament registration, guests must sign up via Eventbrite. Guests playing in the tournament will have access to the VIP hour (2:00pm – 3:00pm) of Sun BrewFest. Tournament guests can check in at a designated will call window on the day of the event.
Guests can also Spin to Win at Sun BrewFest presented by Mohegan Sun Online Casino. To participate, guests can download the Mohegan Sun Online Casino app, register their account and place $25 on any game to unlock their chance to spin and win exciting prizes – including cash, overnight stays, in-app bonus credits, and more. Three days of pickle-themed fun, food, music, and contests kicks off Friday, July 25th
UNCASVILLE, CT (July 2, 2025) – Pickle lovers are invited to relish in one of this summer’s most flavorful events! The Connecticut Pickle Festival will be a three-day celebration at the Mohegan Sun’s Earth Expo & Convention Center starting Friday, July 25th and lasting through Sunday, July 27th. Whether guests are die-hard dill devotees or sweet gherkin newbies, there’s something briny and bold for everyone at this unique festival. Held at one of the most spectacular entertainment destinations in the United States, the festival will feature a vibrant mix of pickle-themed fun, food, music, and contests. The Connecticut Pickle Festival is New England’s largest pickle event of the year featuring a Pickle Patch where guests can sample 50+ pickle varieties from craft picklers across the country! Throughout the weekend, guests can walk the festival grounds while sipping on pickle martinis and pickle shots, indulge in the food selection where a feast of pickled-themed food items including fried pickles, pickle pizza, pickle shaved ice, pickle fries, pickle topped ice cream, pickle shish kabobs, pickle quesadillas, Kool-Aid pickles, dill pickle kettle corn, and pickle pasta salad will be available, and enjoy live Country, Pop, and Rock-themed performances by awesome musicians.
