The Halloween Hootenanny Tour will be live in the Arena on October 15th
Shock-Rock stalwarts Rob Zombie & Alice Cooper will share the stage this fall inside Mohegan Sun Arena when the Halloween Hootenanny Tour arrives on Friday, October 15th at 7:00pm. Special guests Murderdolls will open the show.

Zombie’s latest solo set, Hellbilly Deluxe 2, surfaced earlier this year. The album, which is a companion to his 1998 debut, Hellbilly Deluxe, officially boats the full title Hellbilly Deluxe 2: Noble Jackals, Penny Dreadfuls and the Systematic Dehumanization of Cool.
Cooper’s most recent studio effort, Along Came a Spider, appeared in the summer of 2008. The set, which reached #53 on The Billboard 200, was Cooper’s highest-charting album since 1991’s Hey Stoopid.

Tony Orlando is back performing in the Arena on September 11th
Tony Orlando, a well-known attraction at Mohegan Sun, returns to the stage for a special performance in the Arena on Saturday, September 11th at 8:00pm.

Tony Orlando became a superstar when he formed the Pop group Dawn with Telma Hopkins and Joyce Vincent Wilson. The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) are returning to southeastern Connecticut for the Mohegan Sun Invitational presented by Cooper Tires on Friday, October 1st, Saturday, October 2nd and Sunday, October 3rd. Friday’s event begins at 8:00pm. Saturday’s event begins at 7:50pm and Sunday’s will begin at 2:00pm.

There will be three rounds of the Top 40 bull riders matched against the top bulls in the PBR. The scores from the three rides will be combined, and the Top 15 riders will advance to the Built Ford Tough Championship Round following intermission on Sunday afternoon, where they will compete with one more bull. The rider with the highest total score after the championship round will be declared the winner.
The PBR is having the deepest title race in history with nine lead changes and six different riders on top of the BFTS standings and fifteen different winners through the first twenty events. The Mohegan Sun Invitational will be the second to the last event of the regular season as riders battle to qualify for the 2010 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals on October 20th-24th in Las Vegas and the chance to win $1 million.

Late night talk show host will be live in Mohegan Sun Arena on October 22nd
Craig Ferguson, host of the popular late night talk show The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, will be stopping at Mohegan Sun Arena for a very special stand-up performance on Friday, October 22nd at 8:00pm.

Nickelback, who were named Billboard’s ‘Group of the Decade’ have extended their Dark Horse World Tour and will be playing Mohegan Sun Arena on Tuesday, September 28th with special guests Three Days Grace and Buckcherry. The show begins at 6:15pm.
