Dates for “THE GREAT UNKNOWN 2015” – which herald the multiple-GRAMMY® Award-winning singer/songwriter’s hugely anticipated new album – get underway June 11th at Orillia, Ontario’s Casino Rama Resort Stephens Auditorium and then continue through August 10th. Thomas is currently in the studio putting finishing touches on his long awaited third solo album, his first in more than six years. The new album – which follows 2009’s acclaimed CRADLESONG – is slated for release in late summer.
Rob Thomas is one of the most distinctive artists of this or any other era – a gifted vocalist, spellbinding performer and accomplished songwriter known worldwide as lead singer and primary composer with Matchbox Twenty as well as for his multi-platinum certified solo work and chart-topping collaborations with other artists. Superstar siblings plan all-new tour due to fan demand; Mohegan Sun Arena welcomes the dance pair back for two shows on July 12th
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 2, 2015) — On the heels of their sold out 2014 tour, superstar siblings Julianne and Derek Hough will team up once again, dancing their way across stages all over the country, in their new MOVE LIVE ON TOUR 2015. The pair stopped by Good Morning America to announce MOVE LIVE ON TOUR 2015 which will kick off on June 12th in Phoenix, AZ and hit over 40 cities including stops at the famed Radio City Music Hall in NYC, Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville and Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT for two shows on Sunday, July 12th, set for 3:00pm and 8:00pm.

The Houghs are promising MOVE LIVE ON TOUR 2015 will be bigger and better than ever. “We had such a fun and high energy show last year. Our goal then, and our goal now is to have it feel like a Rock concert for dance and I think we have and certainly will accomplish that again,” said Julianne Hough.

JULIANNE HOUGH is known to audiences around the world for her success in film, television and music. She was a two-time professional champion on ABC’s top-rated Dancing with the Stars, before making a seamless transition to award-winning recording artist and her feature film debut in Burlesque. She starred in the update of Footloose and the all-star film adaptation of the musical, Rock of Ages. Hough also starred opposite Josh Duhamel in Nicholas Sparks’ Safe Haven, directed by Lasse Hallstrom and starred in Diablo Cody’s directorial debut, Paradise, opposite Russell Brand and Octavia Spencer. An intimate evening of music with Paramore and their friends Copeland; Spring trek to hit North America Theaters, Arenas and Festivals; Mohegan Sun Arena plays host Saturday, May 9th
UNCASVILLE, CT (January 23, 2015) — Fueled By Ramen recording group Paramore has announced “PARAMORE: WRITING THE FUTURE,” an intimate evening of music with Paramore and their friends Copeland, set to kick off beginning in late April. “It feels right to bring the Self-Titled era to a close,” said Hayley Williams. “We’ve had a very personal and hugely triumphant journey with this one. What wouldn’t feel right is saying goodbye to this time in the band’s career and not celebrating it with our fans in some special way. So we’ve decided to do one last little run with it. Meyers began his TV career with Saturday Night Live in 2001. He completed his 13th season on the legendary sketch comedy program in December 2013 where he served as head writer for nine seasons and “Weekend Update” anchor for eight seasons. Viewers recognized Meyers for his sharp wit, satirical commentary on topical events and newsmakers, and hilarious interactions with the wide array of guests that visit the “Weekend Update” desk.
A graduate of Northwestern University, Meyers studied and performed at ImprovOlympic before moving on to the Boom Chicago Theater in Amsterdam, Holland. His acclaimed show “Pick-ups and Hiccups” with partner Jill Benjamin toured Europe and eventually caught the eye of SNL. Meyers also lends his voice to Hulu’s animated superhero show The Awesomes, which he co-created with Mike Shoemaker. The show premiered August 2013 and quickly became a runaway hit before being picked up for a second season. Meyers hosted the 2010 and 2011 ESPY Awards on ESPN and headlined the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner to rave reviews. In 2011, Meyers won the Emmy for “Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics” for host Justin Timberlake’s musical monologue, and has also garnered ten additional Emmy nominations for his work as a writer in television.
Meyers currently resides in New York City with his wife, Alexi, and their dog, Frisbee. His birthday is December 28th.
