Bruce "Two Dogs" Bozsum undercover for CBS's UNDERCOVER BOSS.
Uncasville, CT (December 17, 2013) – Watch Mohegan Tribal Councilor Bruce “Two Dogs” Bozsum as he goes undercover at two of its properties, Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Pennsylvania, on CBS’s hit show UNDERCOVER BOSS on Friday, January 17th.
Towards the end of his term as Chairman, Bozsum went undercover at the gaming, hotel and entertainment destinations as he prepared to pass the business on to the next Chairman of the Mohegan Tribal Council. In the episode, Bozsum learns the high-stakes role of slot attending and nearly runs out of gas as he retrieves cars from the valet.

UNCASVILLE, CT – Mohegan Sun is pleased to welcome Frederick Brown as Senior Vice President of InformationTechnology and Chief Information Officer where he will oversee all aspects of the Information Systems department. Brown has over 20 years of IT experience, most recently as Vice President of Information Technology at the flagship’s sister property, Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Brown began at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in 2006 first serving as IT Engineering Manager, then moving on to become the Director of Information Technology before being promoted to Vice President of Information Technology in 2011. Prior to that, he worked as a programmer, analyst and Manager for Penn Software, Southern Union and System One Solutions.
Brown received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from King’s College located in Pennsylvania. He currently resides in the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania area with his wife Leann and two children.

Tom Cantone to oversee entertainment efforts for all MTGA properties
The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority Names Tom Cantone as Senior Vice President of Sports & Entertainment
Uncasville, CT (August 26, 2013) – The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (MTGA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Cantone to Senior Vice President of Sports & Entertainment for MTGA. In this newly-created corporate position, Cantone will oversee all aspects of the entertainment offerings at all MTGA properties including Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Additionally, he will resume similar responsibilities at all future properties acquired and/or managed by MTGA and the Mohegan Gaming Advisors.
“This will give us substantial synergy to select, buy and route artists and tours using our own network of properties throughout the Northeast and will centralize our entertainment buying power giving us more efficient use of our entertainment programming,” said Mitchell Etess, Chief Executive Officer for MTGA.
Cantone previously served as Vice President of Sports & Entertainment of the flagship property in Connecticut since 2007. Prior to Mohegan Sun, Cantone held senior management marketing positions at Foxwoods Resort and Casino, Sands Hotel & Casino, Hershey Entertainment & Resort Co., Hollywood Casino and various Trump properties. He brings over 25 years of experience to his new role and is a graduate of Penn State University.

Kawel LauBach, former VP of Administration at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, to oversee HR operations at all MTGA properties
Mohegan Sun is pleased to announce the promotion of Kawel LauBach to Chief Human Resource Officer of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority. Kawel boasts 20 years of combined operations and human resources experience, most recently holding the title of Vice President of Administration at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.
In his new role, Kawel will be responsible for improving and developing uniform human resource and guest experience processes, improving operations of managed and owned properties and developing excellence in hiring practices.
Kawel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University located just outside Nashville, Tennessee. He is greatly involved in the community having served on three separate non-profit boards supporting leadership, children and diversity. Kawel, his wife, Leslie, and their two children have relocated to the East Lyme area.

Agreement Allows Casino to Gear Up for Regulated Online Gaming
Uncasville, CT – Mohegan Sun and Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs are pleased to announce an agreement with Las Vegas-based Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), to provide customers with its iGaming platform. This technology will allow customers to enjoy the thrill of online poker play without wagering money. The play-for-free model will be available beginning in early 2013 at www.mohegansun.com and www.poconodowns.com. Mohegan Sun is the only gaming destination on the East Coast to offer Bally’s iGaming technology.
The agreement comes after an extensive six-month review process to determine the best vendor and technology. “We’re thrilled to continue our successful partnership with Bally Technologies,” said Mitchell Etess, Chief Executive Officer for the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority. “Our goal is always to provide our guests with the best gaming and entertainment offerings and we believe iGaming is the next step in fulfilling the demand for regulated online play when customers aren’t able to be on property.
