Exciting activities for students and families April 8th & 9th
WHAT: Students and families are invited to join Mohegan Sun for Family Days during spring vacation! Located in Mohegan Sun Arena, Family Days is a free event that is set to take place on Monday, April 8th and Tuesday, April 9th from Noon – 5:00pm on both days.

IN DETAIL: Students and families can take part in a series of incredible activities including arcade games, arts & crafts, hands-on culinary displays, plus an exclusive Connecticut Sun basketball activity featuring a special appearance from the iconic mascot, Blaze! Additionally, Mohegan Sun will be hosting a K-9 demo and Q&A with Officer Dolan and her dog, Ziva. Family Days is a free event and open to the public. Discounted Arena concessions and free popcorn will be available for guests to indulge in on both days of the event. Charter Oak
Charter Oak will provide guests an opportunity to participate in various activities including cornhole, ring toss, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and a giant coloring board.
Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame
Guests are invited to stop over at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame booth for special giveaways! ! Additionally, there will be a variety of games, artifacts and step and repeat for guests to take photos.
Kids Quest/Cyber Quest
Kids Quest/Cyber Quest will host an arts and crafts station, various arcade games and a special sensory play area.
Mohegan Sun requires persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during Family Days activities. Unescorted minors will have their parent/legal guardian contacted to pick them up immediately.

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis; Late Night shows to Feature Weekend Headliners like Wicked Peach, Mystic Dead, and more!
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 21, 2024) –– The legendary Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun is introducing a new late-night entertainment series! This Spring, performers are playing two exciting, free, live shows at 8:00pm and 10:30pm. Located in Casino of the Earth, the Wolf Den also features full beverage service, a state-of-the-art sound system, and intimate seating.
“These new late night Wolf Den concerts, where great local or touring acts will play two back-to-back concerts, will now be featured on select Friday or Saturday nights,” -said Greg Romeyn, Director of Sports & Entertainment for Mohegan. “When the Wolf Den is rocking, it elevates the energy throughout our Casino of the Earth and these late-night shows will do just that. Adding some 10:30pm shows also provide our guests an extra opportunity to see some talented bands.”

Mystic Dead

In 2018, a group of musicians got together once a month at the Captain Daniel Packer Inne in Mystic, CT. It turned out to be a seriously good time that translated to more shows, more fun, and Mystic Dead was born. The 6-member group takes deep dives into all things Grateful Dead coupled by the freedom to remain true to their own creative individuality.
Guests must be 21+ to enter the Wolf Den. Guests may line up no sooner than three hours before the show. Come early as limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. One person can hold four spots in line, but seats will only be given to those present at the time of seating.

Tickets to see the beloved boy band icon go on sale Friday, March 22nd at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Fans can purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting on Saturday, March 23rd.
Sparking his career at the age of 12, Nick Carter quickly became an international pop superstar as the youngest member of the iconic boy band, Backstreet Boys. With his boyish good looks and heartthrob status, Carter’s 30-year entertainment journey has extended far beyond sold-out arenas, encompassing a diverse range of projects in television, film, philanthropy, and publishing.
The Backstreet Boys hold the distinction of being the best-selling boy band in history and rank among the world’s top-selling music artists of all time. The group solidified one of the largest record deals ever, signing a $60 million deal with Jive Records in 1999. Since taking the world by storm in 1995, the band has sold over 130 million records worldwide and has earned five Grammy nominations and countless Billboard Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, American Music Awards, RIAA Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and an honorary star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2004, Carter made his foray into the world of film and television, starring in the remake of the classic horror film “Sleepy Hollow” called “The Hollow.” Carter further showcased his acting skills through various film appearances on TV shows such as the CW Network’s revived series “90210.” In 2014, Carter and his now wife, Lauren Kitt, made their reality TV debut as a couple on the VH1 series “I Heart Nick Carter.” Furthermore, he participated in season four of Fox’s hit show, “The Masked Singer,” as well as the 21st season of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” making it to the finals on both series.
In 2023, Carter wrapped another massive tour with the Backstreet Boys, “The DNA World Tour”, before embarking on his first solo tour in seven years, the international “Who I Am” tour, which kicked off in the U.S. in October and followed the release of three new solo singles, “Superman,” “Made For Us,” and “Never Break My Heart (Not Again).” The “Who I Am” tour will continue through 2024, reaching territories in South America, Asia, Canada, and the United States. Carter will join the Backstreet Boys for the band’s “Backstreet’s Back at the Beach Cancun” concert series in April 2024.

UNCASVILLE, CT (March 18, 2024) – Jeff Dunham will be returning to Mohegan Sun Arena this Summer for a night full of laughter on Saturday, September 14th at 8:00pm.

Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham is a comedy superstar and one of the world’s most inventive entertainers. After graduating from Baylor University, he moved to Los Angeles to base his global touring and never looked back. The man Slate called “America’s favorite comedian” has 11 record-breaking comedy specials to his credit – three were Comedy Central’s most viewed specials of their respective years (Me the People in 2022, Minding the Monsters in 2012, and Controlled Chaos in 2011), and his Jeff Dunham’s Very Special Christmas Special from 2008 remains the networks’ highest rated program of all time.
His NBC primetime special, Unhinged, ranked as the time period’s top non-sports program on the Big 4, rebroadcast six weeks later on Comedy Central to become its top rated special of 2016. Festivities include live entertainment throughout the day at The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 6, 2024) – Mohegan Sun is set to roll out the green carpet for St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 17th and provide guests with can’t-miss food and drink specials at various restaurants throughout the property. Guests can also stop by The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House to enjoy free, live entertainment by Danny Fleet and Run For Covers.
In addition to live entertainment by Danny Fleet at 1:00pm and Run For Covers at 4:00pm, The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House is set to feature a special Corned Beef & Cabbage Spring Rolls appetizer for $17, which is made of corned beef, cabbage, carrots, Swiss cheese and served with Thousand Island dressing on the side. For an entrée, guests can enjoy the Irish Trio Dinner for $36 which consists of Shepherd’s pie, corned beef & cabbage, banger sausage and soda bread. The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House reminds guests to wear their green!
Over at Todd English’s Tuscany, guests can savor Wagyu Corned Beef ($34) served with Guinness braised cabbage with bacon, honey glazed baby carrots and herb roasted new potatoes.
MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill is also set to get in on the St. Paddy’s Day action with a drink special and two featured dishes. Guests can sip on the Lucky Clover ($16) which is made of mint cream liqueur, chocolate vodka, vanilla vodka, crème de menthe and a coco-sugar rim. For an appetizer, guests can dive into Corned Beef Egg Rolls ($18) made with house-made corned beef, onions, peppers and served with beer cheese sauce on the side. The featured entrée will be Short Rib Shepherd’s Pie ($24) consisting of braised short rib, onions, peppers and Parmesan mashed potatoes.
Tom’s Watch Bar is set to have a selection of Irish-inspired drink specials including a pint of Guinness for $7, a pint of Green Beer (Coors Light or Bud Light) for $6, Jameson shots (1.25-oz pour) for $5 and various beer bucket specials.
At The Crafty Stir Café, guests can partake in a spiked Tippy Cow Irish Hot Chocolate or a spiked Tippy Cow Irish Mint Coffee for $12. To compliment the hot chocolate or coffee, guests can indulge in Irish-Inspired Donuts for $7 each or Donut Holes for $2 each.
