Due to overwhelming demand, a second show in Uncasville, CT has been added to the Queen + Adam Lambert summer tour. Brian May, Roger Taylor + Adam Lambert will play Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, July 25th for an 8:00pm show. The 24-date tour, which is presented by Live Nation, now wraps on Monday, July 28th in Toronto.

Queen + Adam Lambert received glowing reviews for their performance together at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas last September, triggering a conversation between Adam, Roger and Brian to take the show on the road. Rolling Stone said, “Lambert astounded the audience on songs like ‘We Will Rock You’ and the closing ‘We Are The
Champions’ and ‘Crazy Little Thing Called Love’. The threesome first shared the stage during American Idol in May 2009 for a performance of “We Are The Champions”. They teamed up again in 2011 at the MTV European Music Awards in Belfast, Ireland for an electrifying eight-minute finale of “The Show Must Go On”, “We Will Rock You” and “We Are The Champions” and in the summer of 2012, Lambert performed a series of shows with Queen across Europe as well as dates in Russia, Ukraine and Poland. They also performed three sold-out gigs at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.

Josh Groban has announced a series of East Coast summer tour dates that will find him performing with local
orchestras, including The Boston Pops at Tanglewood as well as the Donn Trenner Orchestra here at Mohegan Sun. New album Shine On to be released May 6th on Verve Records
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 3, 2014) – Multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Sarah McLachlan today announced concert dates for the Sarah McLachlan Shine On Tour 2014. The national tour will kick off on June 20th in Seattle, WA and will visit major amphitheaters and venues across the country, including Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, July 20th for a 8:00pm show. McLachlan has also revealed album artwork for Shine On, her first full-length recording of new material in four years. The new album was recorded in Montreal and Vancouver with Sarah’s longtime collaborator/producer Pierre Marchand as well as Bob Rock and Vincent Jones.
Sarah McLachlan is one of the most celebrated singer songwriters in entertainment with over 40 million albums sold worldwide. She is an eight-time Juno Award winner (Canada) and a three-time Grammy Award winner.
