Savor New England is a celebration of New England tradition featuring coastal inspired bites, live entertainment and a Chowder Competition – where festival goers can cast their votes for a 2026 champ!

Live performances on the Sun Patio Music Stage at Savor New England will be Juice Box from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and Souls on Fire from 4:30pm – 6:00pm. Mohegan Sun’s all-new Reel Catch Food Truck, which debuts soon on the Sun Patio, will also serve as one of the signature food trucks at Savor New England 2026. UNCASVILLE, CT (March 24, 2026) – Party on the Sun Patio concerts return to Mohegan Sun, bringing 14 electrifying weeks of free outdoor summer concerts to the Sun Patio at Mohegan Sun. Doors open at 6:30pm each Friday, with the party running from 6:30pm – 11:00pm and live music at 8:00pm set to feature touring tribute acts like Queen Flash, Fleetwood Macked and Beatlemania Again. The series is free and open to guests 21+.
Alongside top tribute bands, guests can enjoy drink specials and a rotating lineup of food trucks serving bold, crave-worthy flavors, including Ta’ Deliciozo, Nom Nom Hut, and Meriano’s Bakery & Cannoli Truck. The 2026 series kicks off Friday, June 19th with 70’s Rock Parade an electric 70s tribute band, setting the tone for a high-energy opening night.
Guests can also pick up limited‑edition Party on the Sun Patio merchandise at the Tiki Hut, featuring custom designs available while supplies last.
For guests looking to elevate their night, fire pits will be available beginning June 19th. Reservation bookings will open on Friday, May 1st. Wasalu Muhammad Jaco, better known by his stage name Lupe Fiasco, is a Chicago-born, Grammy award-winning American rapper, record producer, entrepreneur, and community advocate. The independent rapper who parted ways with his former label, Atlantic Records, following the release of 2015’s Tetsuo & Youth, is pegged as one of the most gifted lyricists and visionaries to grace the mic. UNCASVILLE, CT (October 1, 2024) – This past Saturday evening, on September 28th, Mohegan Sun’s revamped outdoor Sun Patio venue played host to an all-ages event featuring a popular Taylor Swift tribute band. A crowd of more than 2,150 enjoyed the special evening of their favorite hit songs, fun activities, and food trucks by way of Philly’s, Supreme Hot Dogs and NoRA Cupcake Company.
“We made some major improvements to the outdoor space known as Sun Patio ahead of the summer and with that, Mohegan Sun successfully hosted a variety of events, including 30+ free concerts,” -said Jeff Hamilton, President & GM of Mohegan Sun. “This Taylor Swift celebration was a tremendous showcase of what we envisioned for this unique outdoor amenity, and it became the largest ticketed event yet hosted on the new Sun Patio, with more than 2,150 enjoying the special event!”
Officially billed as “Are you Ready For iT? A Musical Tribute,” a talented tribute band based in Connecticut hit the stage just after 6:00pm. Using costumes, choreography and signature elements from Taylor’s performances, the band captured the thrill of one of the most iconic acts in music today. In addition to a night filled with chart-topping renditions, the event featured group seating around fire pits, delicious bites, a photo booth and a friendship bracelet station.
“This was a truly memorable event for Mohegan Sun and our guests,” -said Kim Noto, CMO for Mohegan Sun. “The Sun Patio at Mohegan Sun has had its best season yet both in terms of visitation and in variety – and there is still more to come this year and in 2025 as well.”
