Famous musician, Esteban, visits Mohegan Sun to serenade fans and sign autographs on Friday, July 13th
WHAT: A night of musical bliss awaits when Mohegan Sun welcomes Billboard-topping Guitarist Esteban on Friday, July 13th for a live performance with special guest Violinist Teresa Paul at 2:00pm on the Tuscany Terrace, followed by an exclusive Signings & Sightings appearance in The Shops concourse at 3:00pm. Esteban also welcomes his fans to the Wolf Den at 8:00pm for a free concert.

Jack Black & Kyle Gass will greet fans and sign autographs in an exclusive appearance following their Arena show on Tuesday, July 3rd
WHAT: Mohegan Sun’s Signings & Sightings presented by Spin Street, will welcome the actors, guitarists, singer/songwriters and Rock stars Jack Black and Kyle Gass of Tenacious D for a unique appearance on Tuesday, July 3rd. The band will sign copies of their latest album, Rize of the Fenix and talk with loyal fans in The Shops at Mohegan Sun.
*This will be a braceleted event. In order to gain entrance to the signing, Rize of the Fenix must be purchased at Spin Street on the day of the show. First-come, first-served.

ABOUT TENACIOUS D: Many would associate Tenacious D as the comedy Rock band comprised of big-time film actor Jack Black and fellow guitarist Kyle Gass. But their song writing and live shows would have you thinking this is all they do. They became one of the biggest cult bands of the late 90s and 2000s. Pitchers set to sign autographs and greet fans at 9:30pm on Friday, April 20th at the Spin Street Stage
WHAT: Mohegan Sun will be at a fever pitch when its Signings & Sightings presents Jon Lester and Felix Doubront for an exclusive appearance. See these baseball pitchers take the mound at Mohegan Sun to sign free autographs and talk with their legions of fans.
*Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to time restrictions, only specified headshots will be signed. No sports memorabilia will be signed. Because of the popularity of this event, the signing will be bracelet-only. Bracelets will be distributed at 8:30pm on Friday, April 20th on a first-come, first-served basis at the signing stage in The Shops Concourse located in front of the Arena Box Office and must be worn in order to gain entrance into this autograph-only event.

ABOUT JON LESTER: Jon Lester is a hard throwing left handed pitcher who in his short career in the big leagues has already netted him a world championship and two All-Star selections. His overall ERA is 3.52 with his post season ERA checking in at a 2.57. He also has over 800 strikeouts in his 5 seasons in the Majors and was a 19 game winner in 2010.
ABOUT FELIX DOUBRONT: Felix Doubront is a young professional baseball pitcher who, in just the last couple of years, has gotten his shot to prove his talent at the highest level. The Venezuelan-born lefty had a 3.65 ERA with 533 strikeouts in the minors from 2005 – 2011. He started the 2012 season as the 4th man in the rotation on the big league club with hopes of making a big mark this season.

ABOUT MICKY:
Micky captured both the WBU Intercontinental Light Welterweight title and the WBU Light Welterweight title during his career in boxing. He also won the respect and admiration of many fans worldwide. The song “The Warrior’s Code” by the Punk Rock band Dropkick Murphys is dedicated to Micky Ward and his photograph appears on the cover of the album. Ward’s life is chronicled in a biography by Bob Halloran entitled Irish Thunder: The Hard Life and Times of Micky Ward. Ward’s trilogy with Arturo Gatti, the first of which took place at Mohegan Sun Arena, would become the cover of the video game Fight Night Round 3, on the PlayStation 2 and XBOX versions of the game. To top it all off, the movie “The Fighter” starring Mark Wahlberg as Micky Ward and Christian Bale as his half-brother, Dicky Eklund, recounts Ward’s climb to fame.

Corey Harrison and Chumlee of History’s Pawn Stars make a stop at Mohegan Sun for Reality Check event on April 21st at 2:00pm
WHAT: Corey Harrison and Chumlee are set to greet fans and sign autographs for an all-new Reality Check taking place on Saturday, April 21st. This special Pawn Stars edition of Reality Check will take place in The Shops at Mohegan Sun and will start with a question & answer session at 2:00pm followed by a signing event at 2:30pm. The whole event comes at a bargain as it’s completely free and open to the public!
*Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to time restrictions, only specified merchandise will be signed. Because of the popularity of this event, the signing will be bracelet-only. ABOUT COREY: Corey Harrison began working at the pawn shop when he was 9. Expertly trained in the art of appraisal, Corey not only has the brains to spot a cheat, he has the brawn to back it up. He is not afraid to throw his muscle around, especially when it comes to protecting his family. He also handles everything when it comes to hiring and firing employees and managing eBay clients. His father, Rick believes that Corey, who is oftentimes treated like a slave, needs to earn his keep. Without a real stake in the business, Corey is hoping that all his hard work pays off.
ABOUT CHUMLEE: As Corey’s devoted childhood friend, Chumlee is just like a son to Corey’s father Rick and he’s been around the shop since he was a kid. Everybody loves Chum, but he is often the butt of the boys’ jokes. Part of the reason he isn’t taken seriously is that he constantly begs Corey to buy items that entertain him, like video games and circus paraphernalia, that usually don’t make good business sense. And, although his heart of gold makes him a pro at customer service, it’s continually proven to be bad business for the shop. Chumlee always wants to give his patrons the best deal and often takes their side, a triat that never fails to push Rick’s button. Where did Chumlee get his nickname? Friends in elementary school took the name from cartoon character Tennessee Tuxedo’s sidekick, a walrus named Chumley.
