All titles have been optioned for major motion pictures. Child’s appearance in Mohegan Sun’s “Winning Authors” series joins the elite class of authors including Sue Grafton, Nora Roberts, Robin Cook and Catherine Coulter.
His appearance will take place eleven days after the release of his thirteenth Jack Reacher thriller, Gone Tomorrow. Hailed by the New York Times as the, “Best thriller writer of the moment,” Child brings his centerpiece character Jack Reacher back into the fold with a modern thriller to remember. From the pulsating introduction to the climatic conclusion, Reacher plunges into the depths of a conspiracy concealed since the start of the Soviet-Afghan War—one that, if unchecked, will have deadly consequences for today’s war on terrorism.
As part of the “Winning Authors” event, a collaboration between Mohegan Sun and Spin Street, Child will host a forum at Mohegan Sun’s Cabaret Theatre. Included will be a question and answer session at 3:00pm where guests can ask Child questions about his books and career.
