The timeless 1975 musical cult classic will be featured at Midnight with free admission on October 31st in The Cabaret Theatre

Mohegan Sun welcomes the longest-running theatrical release in film history, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, to The Cabaret Theatre. On Saturday, October 31st, guests can dress up and enjoy the ageless classic at Midnight, doors will open at 11:00pm.
Admission is free and seating will be determined on a first-come first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes. Face paint will be allowed in common areas of the casino but not on the gaming floor.  Masks are restricted to the inside of The Cabaret Theatre only and squirt guns are strictly prohibited.
Distributed by 20th Century Fox, The Rocky Horror Picture Show debuted on August 14, 1975 starring Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick among others. After gaining notoriety in 1977 with movie audiences as a Midnight movie, it gained a cult following across the United States as film goers participated in the film, dressing up as characters, bringing in props from the movie and shouting out alternative lines during the show. The Rocky Horror Picture Show gained a substantial international following in the late 70s and early 80s, and is now regarded as one of the most-known and financially successful Midnight movies of all time.  In 2005, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.”
