Famed restaurateur and television personality to take part in exclusive signing in The Shops at Mohegan Sun on October 30th
One of the nation’s foremost chefs, restaurateurs and famed television personalities , Bobby Flay, will be taking part in a special Signings & Sightings event at Mohegan Sun, where he operates two of his restaurants: Bar Americain and Bobby’s Burger Palace.  
The personal appearance and signing will take place on the Spin Street Stage in The Shops at Mohegan Sun on Saturday, October 30th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.  Flay will be signing copies of BOBBY FLAY’S THROWDOWN! More Than 100 Recipes from Food Network’s Ultimate Cooking Challenge (Clarkson Potter/Publishers) his ultimate companion cookbook to one of America’s favorite food shows, Throwdown!  With Bobby Flay.  The book will be released on October 12, 2010 and serves up more than a hundred recipes with features by chefs Stephanie Banyas and Miriam Garron.

This is a braceleted signing event.  Guests who wish to gain entry to the signing line must purchase a book on the day of the event at Spin Street in The Shops at Mohegan Sun, where they will receive a signing line bracelet. This bracelet will allow line admittance for two adults and children.
