WHAT:  Mohegan Sun’s Reality Check will once again bring amazing dancing talent to the stage when Dancing with the Stars performers Louis Van Amstel and Anna Trebunskaya take part in an all-new Reality Check on Friday, August 5th. This free live event at Mohegan Sun will feature a dance performance at 4:00pm followed by a signing event at 4:45pm.

ABOUT LOUIS:  Louis Van Amstel began dancing at an early age in his hometown of Amsterdam. When he moved to the U.S. in 2000, he quickly became the U.S. National Latin Dance Champion. He has earned twelve dance championships in all and several Emmy nominations for choreography. Dancing with the Stars fans have followed Louis’ moves since the series premiere in 2005. He has competed in eight seasons of the show partnering with celebrities like Margaret Cho, Priscilla Presley, Niecy Nash, Lisa Rinna and most recently, Kendra Wilkinson.  He achieved 3rd place in season 9 with partner Kelly Osbourne. 
ABOUT ANNA: Anna Trebunskaya started dancing at six years old in her native country of Russia and won her first competition at the age of seven. At seventeen, she moved to the U.S.  with her parents who were also professional dancers.  She first appeared on Dancing with the Stars in season 2 earning 2nd place with partner and football star, Jerry Rice.  In the most recent season, she paired with boxing legend, Sugar Ray Leonard. Anna is married to Dancing with the Stars pro, Jonathan Roberts.
