Sun BBQ Fest brings 3 Top BBQ chefs to a Signings & Sightings event at Mohegan Sun
WHAT: Learn some BBQ tips from the top grillers themselves as Lee Ann Whippen, Mike Davis and Ray Lampe stop by The Shops at Mohegan Sun during the Sun BBQ Fest.  These three Top BBQ chefs will meet fans and sign autographs in three different Signings & Sightings events.
WHEN: Lee Ann Whippen: Friday, June 1st – 8:00pm-9:00pm
Mike Davis: Saturday, June 2nd – 6:00pm-7:00pm
Ray “Dr. BBQ” Lampe: Sunday, June 3rd – Noon-1:00pm

ABOUT LEE ANN: Lee Ann Whippen is the President and Owner of Wood Chick’s BBQ Restaurants & Catering Company as well as lead Pit Master of Wood Chick’s BBQ’s Competition Cooking Team. ABOUT MIKE: A 4-time American Royal winner and Top five rated competition BBQ cook in the nation, “Lotta Bull BBQ’s” Mike Davis is no slouch behind the grill.  He holds 18 years of experience in Competitive BBQ, which have netted over 1,000 awards in total, 84 of which were Grand Championships and 56 Reserve Grand Championships.  In 2007, Davis started competing full-time with sponsor backing by the likes of Strube Ranch Wagyu Beef, Yoder Smokers, Compart Family Farms, Butcher BBQ, Kosmos Q, Texas Pepper Jelly and Springer Mountain Farms.
