UNCASVILLE, CT (May 27, 2015) – OF MONSTERS AND MEN officially announce dates for their upcoming North American headline tour in support of their highly anticipated sophomore album, Beneath The Skin [Republic Records], out June 9th.
This tour kicks off August 5th in Calgary, Alberta Canada and plays major markets across the continent and concludes October 17 in San Diego, CA. Mohegan Sun Arena will welcome the band for a Saturday, September 26th concert, beginning at 7:30pm and will feature special guests, Highasakite

On “Hunger” Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir recalls: “The first idea for “Hunger” came on our last tour. I was always playing this one verse again and again on the bus, obsessing over it. Some songs kind of do that to you. In addition, as fans await the arrival of Beneath The Skin, the multi-platinum Icelandic group have created a series of intimate behind-the-scene vignettes following the making of the record. Jeff Hamilton, Vice President of Human Resources
UNCASVILLE, CT (May 14, 2015)- Mohegan Sun is very pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Hamilton to Assistant General Manager of Mohegan Sun. In this new position, Hamilton will support the President and General Manager in execution of all job duties. Additionally, he will oversee the strategic direction of business operations and the financial performance of Mohegan Sun in coordination with the President, as well as other senior management.
Hamilton has been with Mohegan Sun since 2004, most recently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. He has also held several important key management positions within Human Resources and Advertising during his time with Mohegan Sun.
In addition to his new role, Hamilton will also ensure compliance with preference, gaming regulations and internal controls. He will participate in the review and decision making process of facility upgrades, modifications and renovations. Furthermore, he will develop, implement and monitor a strategic business plan in-order to achieve organizational goals.
Hamilton received a bachelor’s degree at Seton Hall University and a master’s degree at the University of New Haven. He is a member of the Mohegan Tribe and has been part of organizations like the United Way and the Connecticut Adoption Resource Association during his time at Mohegan Sun.
