Chef demos heat up The Shops concourse at Mohegan Sun during Restaurant Week. All week long chefs take over to show off their culinary skills. Todd English’s Tuscany
During Restaurant Week, Todd English’s Tuscany impresses with a 3-course prix fixe menu for $35.00 per person! To start, choose from the Tuscan salad or the grilled chicken caesar salad. For the main course, make the tough decision between crispy skin salmon that’s pan-roasted with wild mushrooms, butter braised brussels petals and parmesan polenta, the spaghetti polpettine made “Brooklyn-style” with hand-crafted meatballs, basil, roasted tomato sauce and Parmigiano-Reggiano or the chicken parmesan. For dessert enjoy the fallen chocolate cake or the classic tiramisu!
Bar Americain
Bar Americain features a $35.00 3-course prix fixe menu with wine pairing in honor of Mohegan Sun’s Restaurant Week. Kick off the meal with a heartland chopped salad accompanied by Sauvignon Blanc, 13o Celsius 2015, Marlborough or the pumpkin soup with cranberry maple crème fraiche and toasted pumpkin seeds paired with Petit Syrah, Carmen “Grand Reserva” 2012, Maipo. The choices continue for the main course with options that include mussels, pork chops and mushroom butternut squash crepes- all joined by a complementary glass of wine. Top off the meal with either the banana crème pie with hazelnut crunch crust paired with Late Harvest Chardonnay, “Dearest” 2010, Carneros or the vanilla bean profiterole with cognac caramel sauce with Pierre Ferrand 1st Cru Reserve Cognac for dessert!
Ballo Italian Restaurant
Throughout Restaurant Week, BALLO Italian Restaurant will be featuring a three-course dinner for just $29.95 from 4:00pm to close. The signature meal includes your choice of antipasti from their Classic Caesar Salad, Arugula Salad with shaved parmigiano, pine nuts and lemon or the meatballs with pomodoro and ricotta. For secondi, choose from Chicken Parmigiana in a house pomodoro topped with mozzarella and basil, Salmon accompanied by roasted corn, soppressata, cherry tomato and spinach, or Skirt Steak paired with butternut squash, caramelized shallots and fregola ($10.00 supplement). Finish the unforgettable meal off with BALLO’s delicious Kahlua and Dark Chocolate Espresso Cannoli.

Tom’s Urban pulls out all the stops on Restaurant Week, offering a $37.00 per person, three course meal paired with a drink! Choose from a list of signature cocktails, a glass of wine or pint of draught beer to sip and start with a kale romaine side salad. In celebration of Restaurant Week, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville hosts a 5’o clock Somewhere Celebration! The $49.00 per person, featured meal begins with guest’s selection of either a Classic Caesar Salad or New England Clam Chowder with black pepper saltine and bacon chip. For the main course, choose from a Petite Filet Mignon with smoked gouda mashed potatoes, a Salt Block Chicken Breast with creamy polenta and parmesan jus or an  Organic Black Pearl Salmon with apple soy glaze, cilantro pesto and baby bok choy.

SolToro Tequila Grill
The deals continue at SolToro Tequila Grill, where a $21.00 per person, specialty meal is being offered. Choose from the delicious Mexican Wontons with chorizo and chipotle avocado cream or the tasty Chicken Taquitos with queso fresco, Guacamole and pico de gallo. The main course is diner’s choice of one of SolToro’s famous street taco entrées served with rice and beans.
Jasper White’s Summer Shack
