UNCASVILLE, CT (June 27, 2017) – Now open to the public, Sushi Koya joins The Shops at Mohegan Sun! Sushi Koya is a 38-seat sushi restaurant located in the upper level of The Shops concourse. Sushi Koya offers a variety of sushi bar appetizers, including Lobster Miso Soup, Martini Bowl, Spicy Lobster Cha la ca, Sesame Tuna, Salmon Blue Crab and Shishito Pepper Toro with caviar amongst others. Enjoy a la carte selections of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, smoked salmon, shrimp, fluke, crab, octopus, Toro and squid. Plus, over 15 traditional maki options and sushi & sashimi combos, serving eight or up to 18 pieces.
