Featured Whiskey
When it comes to whiskey, Mohegan Sun’s Select Barrel Series will offer up only the best. Available at Clay Pipe Cigar Bar, novelle and TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge will be highlights like Breckenridge Bourbon, which is an 86-proof bourbon with a deep honey-amber hue and enticing aromas of butterscotch, candied orange and crisp apple. Another sought after whiskey featured as part of the Select Barrel Series is Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select and this famous whiskey provides rich caramel notes intertwined with toasted oak and hints of ripe banana. The palate delivers layers of vanilla and warm baking spices, complemented by notes of roasted nuts. One more popular whiskey featured in the Select Barrel Series is Litchfield Bourbon Whiskey which is crafted in Litchfield, Connecticut. Aged in #4 charred barrels, the 92-proof bourbon gives off a beautiful amber hue and releases inviting aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, and a hint of apple. Rich flavors of caramel and vanilla with subtle notes of pepper and cinnamon lead to a smooth, balanced finish on the palate.
In addition to the top-notch selection of whiskeys, Mohegan Sun’s Select Barrel Series also tees up a phenomenal local gin available at Clay Pipe Cigar Bar and novelle. The gin highlighted in this series is Waypoint Barrel Aged Gin which is crafted in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This gin is a 92-proof spirit that bridges the gap between classic gin and aged whiskey and is distilled with juniper, citrus, and lemon verbena. The gin is then rested in oak barrels to add depth and warmth which results in a fresh juniper and citrus aroma with vanilla, caramel, botanical spice, and a hint of lemon verbena.
Featured Rum
When it comes to rum, the Select Barrel Series stays on point with a Cruzan 5-Year-Old Rum. Available at Bobby’s Burger Palace, Clay Pipe Cigar Bar, and novelle, this highlighted rum is an 80-proof blend of rums, aged a minimum of five years in old oak barrels. Light bakery notes with hints of oak and honey are present to the nose with a harmonious blend of rich vanilla wood tones, cherry, and cinnamon, with a smooth caramel finish to the taste. This rum embodies the laid-back spirit of the Caribbean with its balanced profile.
Featured Tequila
The featured tequila in Mohegan Sun’s Select Barrel Series features a single barrel unique expression available at Clay Pipe Cigar Bar and novelle. The tequila highlighted in this series is Corazón Reposado Tequila, by Casa San Matías and aged in Colonel E.H. Taylor bourbon barrels. It’s a distinctive fusion of tequila tradition and bourbon character that is aged for over 10 months. The aroma is a mix of vanilla, butterscotch, and dried fig, with a hint of black pepper. On the palate, notes of caramel, dark spice, gentle oak, and a touch of salinity, provide a smooth finish.

Beloved comedian and actor returns to Mohegan Sun Arena for the first time since 2022
Following successful sold-out performances in 2022 and 2023, critically acclaimed comedian Adam Sandler announces his new tour – the You’re My Best Friend Tour. The fall 2025 arena tour will bring Sandler to more than 30 cities across North America, including a return to Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, September 26th for an unforgettable 7:30pm show.
Tickets for Sandler’s highly anticipated show go on sale on Friday, June 27th at 12:00pm via Ticketmaster.com. Comedy fans can purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning on Saturday, June 28th, subject to availability.

The new Crafty Slice eatery expands on the popular concept’s signature offerings — a variety of pizza, craft beer, and other delicious food options on the go. The second location features an expanded menu, additional seating, and exclusive summer specials. Highlighted menu options include pizza by the slice starting at $5, from cheese to vegetarian to pepperoni and combo slices with sausage, bacon and meatball. Other grab-and-go offerings include churro bites, Sabrett’s Hot Dogs and the famous Walking Taco.
Complementing this launch is the introduction of an all-new summertime Tiki Bar, located in Mohegan Sun’s Sky Tower lobby. Mohegan Sun, one of the premier resort destinations in the United States, has deployed a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to power seamless wireless coverage and enhanced capacity for guests across key locations, including Mohegan Sun Arena and the gaming and convention facilities at Casino of the Earth and Casino of the Sky. This next-generation network, led by RF Connect, an integrator specializing in wireless connectivity, ensures superior smart device connectivity and supports the three major cellular carriers, offering an unrivaled user experience for all visitors.
Designed to accommodate today’s requirement for ubiquitous high-speed connectivity, the DAS is one of only a handful of deployments nationwide to deliver full 5G C-band ultra-wideband spectrum service for T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon – raising the bar for in-building wireless performance. Each winner will have 60 seconds to grab as much money as they can and place it into the cash box attached to the Cash Cube. Winners will keep whatever amount is inside the cash box after 60 seconds. Guests who grab and place the $2 bill in the cash box will double their total prize!
Momentum members who earn two Status Points between 6:00am – 8:00pm on Wild Winning Wednesdays are eligible to participate in the Summer Slot Tournament Series, which takes place from 2:00pm – 8:00pm and features a $10,000 weekly prize pool! Guests will earn one entry for every two Status Points earned the day of the tournament, with a maximum of three entries per guest.
With Thrills & Chills Thursdays, Momentum members will earn Triple Status Points from 6:00am – Midnight while playing slots, table games, stadium gaming, in the Poker Room or wagering in Race Book.
Starting at 10:00am on Fun in the Sun Fridays, the first 1,000 Momentum members to visit the Momentum Event Center, located next to Hash House A Go Go in Casino of the Earth, will receive a commemorative free Hot Summer Fun t-shirt! New colors will be offered every Friday and Momentum members will have the chance to collect all 10!
