Located in the Winter Entrance, Sift Bake Shop at Mohegan Sun, a family-owned French inspired bakery, will be the brand’s fourth in New England. Sift Bake Shop specializes in scratch made signature desserts, artisanal breads, pastries, macarons, and more. All items are all made in-house daily celebrating the freshest ingredients and modern techniques, with a nod to the traditional foundations of classic pastry. The establishment owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young delivers high quality, unique and delicious food in a warm and welcoming environment.
