The famous actor and comedian will perform live in Arena on October 26th
Multi-talented entertainer Chris Tucker will make his Mohegan Sun Arena debut with a hilarious new routine as he returns to his stand-up roots on Friday, October 26th at 8:00pm.
Tickets are $55.00, $45.00 and $30.00 and go on sale Friday, July 13th through Ticketmaster at 10:00am. Chris Tucker is best known for playing the role of Detective James Carter in the Rush Hour film series. Tucker began his career as a frequent stand-up performer on Def Comedy Jam in the 90s. He came to prominence in the 1995 film Friday, alongside Ice Cube and then appeared in Luc Besson’s The Fifth Element before beginning work on the highly commercially successful Rush Hour films. He has also starred in other movies such as Money Talks with Charlie Sheen and Dead Presidents. He recently completed the film Silver Linings Playbook with Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, due out later this year.
Tucker is also a humanitarian and spends much of his spare time traveling and working with his foundation.

Celebrity Weekend features New England’s Biggest Celebrity Golf Event and Concerts
One of golf’s most celebrated charity events—the Ahmad Rashad Celebrity Classic—returns July 26th-29th 2012 at Mohegan Sun.
NFL All-Pro, Emmy Award-winning sportscaster and College Football Hall of Famer Ahmad Rashad hosts the 2012 Ahmad Rashad Celebrity Classic. More than 40 stars of sports and entertainment will participate. The event includes Celebrity Pro-Ams, Celebrity Team Championship open to spectators and a new charity concert in the Mohegan Sun Arena.
The Ahmad Rashad Celebrity Classic also returns with a new shining twist—The REACH Foundation Charity Concert 70’s Soul Jam, which features the legendary chart-topping bands The Stylistics, The Delfonics, The Main Ingredient featuring Cuba Gooding Sr, The Chi Lites, Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes, The Dramatics and The Manhattans. Enjoy poolside nightlife in style with the brand new GLO At The Pool night club launching on Thursday, June 28th with scheduled appearance by LMFAO
Mohegan Sun is adding to its long list of popular nightlife destinations this summer with the opening of the all-new GLO at the Pool night club. Located on the third floor of Mohegan Sun Hotel; the new nightlife offering will open on Thursday, June 28th at 9:00pm with an appearance by LMFAO after their concert in Mohegan Sun Arena and a performance by Clinton Sparks.
Beginning Thursday, June 28th, every Thursday and Saturday night all summer long, Mohegan sun will be hosting New England’s only nighttime pool party; GLO at the Pool. Sponsored by Heineken & Bacardi, GLO at the Pool will feature cabanas, fire pits, cash bars, celebrity appearances and more. Party goers can dance outside under the stars on the poolside terrace located adjacent to the pool. Live DJs will keep the party going with DJ Flip spinning on Thursdays and DJ Valentina taking the reins on Saturdays. Equipped with four cabanas that can be rented for bottle service, GLO at the Pool is sure to be hottest and most exclusive summertime party in the northeast. GLO at the Pool’s grand opening is on Thursday, June 28th and will feature a scheduled appearance by LMFAO following their show in Mohegan Sun Arena. Peter Gabriel first came to international prominence with the success of Genesis, a band that he co-founded while still in school.
