UNCASVILLE, CT (March 5, 2018) – Live Nation announced today, U2 will be in Uncasville on Tuesday, July 3rd as the final North American show date of U2’s upcoming eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour. Kicking off in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 2nd, the tour will now visit 17 cities in North America prior to heading to Berlin on August 31st for a string of European dates to include Cologne, Paris, Madrid, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Milan, Manchester and London. U2 will be live in Mohegan Sun Arena at 8:00pm.

Following last year’s acclaimed stadium run with The Joshua Tree Tour 2017, the eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour will see U2 return indoors to pick up where 2015’s groundbreaking iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour left off. The eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour follows the recent release of the band’s 14th studio album Songs of Experience. Just as the Billboard #1 album Songs of Experience serves as a companion piece to 2014’s Songs of Innocence, the eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour is a sequel to the 2015 tour which saw “U2 reinvent the arena show” (Rolling Stone) and was named #1 concert of 2015 by The New York Times. The tour, which opens on May 25th, will make stops across the USA from the East Coast to the West, with Mohegan Sun Arena set for Sunday, May 27th at 7:30pm.

UNCASVILLE, CT (February 15, 2018) – GRAMMY® Award-winning, acclaimed Alternative Rock pioneers The Smashing Pumpkins today announced the Shiny And Oh So Bright Tour, their first tour in nearly 20 years to feature founding members Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin and James Iha. Produced by Live Nation, the 36-city tour will kick off in Glendale, AZ on July 12, 2018 and visit North American arenas throughout the summer. The tour is set to hit Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, July 29th at 7:00pm.

The monumental Shiny And Oh So Bright Tour, which coincides with the 30th anniversary of the band’s formation, will highlight music from the group’s inception through 2000, and will exclusively feature material from their groundbreaking debut Gish through Siamese Dream, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Adore and Machina. Longtime Smashing Pumpkins guitarist Jeff Schroeder will also take part, as the band moves to a three guitar lineup to better emulate the signature tones and textures of their albums.
“This show and staging will be unlike any we’ve ever done, and will feature a set unlike any we’ve ever played. For if this is a chance at a new beginning, we plan on ushering it in with a real bang,” added Corgan.
