UNCASVILLE, CT (February 20, 2025) –Global Pop sensation and former Nickelodeon stars Big Time Rush are gearing up for a massive 2025 with the announcement of a brand-new tour, Big Time Rush In Real Life Worldwide. The tour includes a performance at Mohegan Sun Arena scheduled for 7:00pm on Saturday, July 26th. The Big Time Rush In Real Life Worldwide Tour promises an unforgettable night, featuring the talented Katelynn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman as supporting acts.

Big Time Rush In Real Life Worldwide will give fans exactly what they’ve long asked for – the band will play every song from every episode of their hit Nickelodeon show, many of which, have never been played live. Rushers will finally get to revisit their favorite moments from the show, plus many more surprises.
ABOUT BIG TIME RUSH
Big Time Rush became an overnight sensation in November 2009 when the scripted TV show of the same name launched on Nickelodeon. The show focused on the Hollywood adventures of four hockey players from Minnesota after they were selected to form a boy band. The show became a huge success and later, Carlos, Kendall, James, and Logan came to life as a band off the screen releasing three full length albums and performing across the globe. As the show concluded in July 2013 and after four years of recording music and touring as a band, they went their separate ways but remained close friends through the years.
The power group kicked off 2022 stronger than ever with the launch of their wildly successful, sold-out Forever Tour, as well as all new music, including hit singles “Honey,” “Fall,” and “Not Giving You Up.” The Forever Tour included numerous sell outs including shows in Chicago, at New York City’s legendary Madison Square Garden and on all dates on their Mexico Tour. The tour concluded in early 2023 in South America with shows in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Chile.
Another Life, which was released in June of 2023, was the band’s first new studio album release in ten years and was followed up by a special deluxe version in November. The band’s 2023 Can’t Get Enough Tour sold out amphitheater and arena shows – selling out venues across the US including Los Angeles’s KIA Forum and New York’s Jones Beach on the 39-city run. Across 2022 and 2023 the band’s reunion resulted in over 600,000 tickets sold.
2024 was another incredible year for Big Time Rush, including several sold-out international tours in the UK, Europe, Asia & Australia. UNCASVILLE, CT (February 19, 2025) – The Cabaret Theatre at Mohegan Sun, also now known as “The Cab,” returns with force in 2025 as big-time acts headline marquee shows inside the intimate 450-seat venue in the coming months. Starting March 8th, “The Cab” will host some of the best stand-up acts in comedy, plus Michael Bacon and Kevin Bacon will bring back the Rock, Soul and Country sound guests have come to love when The Bacon Brothers play live on September 13th!

Roy Wood Jr. is a comedian, an Emmy-nominated documentary producer, and WGA nominated writer. He served for eight years as a correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy award-winning The Daily Show. In 2023, Wood Jr. guest hosted The Daily Show and headlined the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, leading to its highest ratings since 2017. His fourth stand-up special, Lonely Flowers, premiered on Hulu earlier this year. Wood Jr. is the host of CNN’s Have I Got News for You, an American adaptation of a long-running UK comedy series, which kicked off season 2 on February 14th. Upcoming projects in 2025 include comedy film Outcome, Sundance film Love, Brooklyn and a memoir, titled The Man of Many Fathers.

Anthony Rodia came out of the womb making people laugh. In his 20’s, he tried a few open mics but ultimately took a different career path as a finance manager of a luxury car dealership. In 2019, Rodia returned to comedy and left his day job to become a full-time stand-up comic. He hit the ground running and performed 100 shows in just nine months, and within three years, Anthony has gained a massive fan base online and around the country. In a very short time, Anthony gained over 900,000 social media followers and his YouTube videos have amassed over 22 million views. The Bacon Brothers

For The Bacon Brothers, music is all about exploration. Michael and Kevin Bacon have spent the better part of three decades creating their own mix of Folk, Rock, Soul, and Country music. Additionally, The Lumineers will celebrate the Valentine’s Day release of Automatic with a special late-night TV performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, airing tomorrow, February 13th, on NBC (check local listings).
After 20 years of musical partnership, Automatic finds Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites traveling new sonic and thematic terrain with their most raw and personal collection thus far. Both men, now dads, fully embraced the life-altering, unromantic challenges and rewards of family life. When they reconvened to write, the emerging songs featured a new, aching vulnerability, sly humor, and bold acknowledgments of need – for love, respect, and connection in an increasingly chaotic world.
Inspired by Peter Jackson’s 2021 Beatles documentary Get Back, the band, with the help of co-producers David Baron and Simone Felice, set up shop in the expansive tracking room at Woodstock’s Utopia Studio. Multiple set-ups – with two sets of drums, three different pianos, and an array of amps, guitars, vocal mics – were laid out, allowing the musicians to pivot and capture as much as possible with minimal delay. The process further freed The Lumineers to perform the songs as a unit, allowing the band to capture the raw, organic presentation of the anthemic new tracks. For the first time on a Lumineers album, the band is credited as co-producers alongside Felice and Baron, who also engineered and mixed, as he did on the band’s last two albums.
Recorded in less than a month, the album, as Schultz says, feels “very much of this era.” While songs like the self-effacing “Asshole” and the spartan, wry “Better Day” reveal a risky intimacy and heretofore untapped undercurrent of humor, Automatic remains what fans around the world have come to love about The Lumineers – shadowy themes wrapped in upbeat, infectious melodies, sky-high choruses destined to be sung by tens of thousands each night on the road, and what Fraites calls “a palpable sense of connection between Wes and me. There’s lots of love on this record.”
