This package allows travelers to book an overnight stay that comes with a $150.00 dining and drink credit for use at Mohegan Sun’s premium lounge, novelle, where they can enjoy cocktails, delicious bites and gaming.

Launched on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, and airing every Wednesday at 7:30pm EDT through November 15th, Mohegan Sun’s award-winning original online TV series, “Back of House,” is currently in its 7th season. The show peels the curtain back to give viewers a glimpse of how Mohegan Sun’s hardest-working team members sync together to create a symphony of hospitality.
This was evident in episode two, “Shaken or Stirred,” where Mohegan Sun’s Director of Fine Dining, Chris Greaney, organizes a “Spirit Spotlight” cocktail contest. Competitors included mixologists from three Mohegan Sun fine dining attractions, including TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge, Todd English’s Tuscany and novelle – where the competition occurred. The only requirement was for each mixologist to base their drink idea on Patrón Tequila! The winning cocktail, the “Amber Maize,” skillfully prepared by top bartenders in this year’s competition, is now available at novelle. Mohegan Sun also set to offer Black Friday and Cyber Monday Hotel Flash Sales
UNCASVILLE, CT (November 3, 2023) – It’s that time of the year again; Thanksgiving arrives on Thursday, November 23rd and so do the mouthwatering dining specials at Mohegan Sun. Guests can enjoy a special meal on Thanksgiving at Michael Jordan’s Steak House, TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge, Todd English’s Tuscany and more. Additionally, Mohegan Sun will be offering Black Friday and Cyber Monday Hotel Flash Sales where guests can secure up to 50% off their stay!
TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge will be open from Noon – 7:00pm and will feature Roasted Duck Dumplings made with Szechuan garlic gravy, spiced fig and plum chutney for $25.
Over at Todd English’s Tuscany, guests can enjoy a special Thanksgiving prix fixe menu for $50. For the first course, guests will enjoy wood-roasted pear and gorgonzola salad, candied walnuts, pomegranate reduction, arugula and balsamic vinaigrette. The main course features sage-brined turkey, sausage potato stuffing, roasted root vegetables, a sweet potato topped with pecan crumble, and bacon Dijon Brussels. Last but not least, pecan bread pudding with vanilla gelato will be the featured dessert.
From 4:00pm – 9:00pm on Thanksgiving Day and Noon – 9:00pm on Sunday, November 26th, BALLO Italian Restaurant will feature a Beef Tartare appetizer for $24 which consists of hand-cut filet mignon, lemon, garlic, fresh-shaved black truffle and Parmesan-Reggiano crisp. Baked Clams Oreganata ($18) will also be offered as an appetizer and is made with Littleneck clams, lemon, garlic, oregano herb butter and toasted breadcrumbs. For an entrée, guests can enjoy Pappardelle and Confit Duck Ragu served with cremini mushrooms, roasted garlic and gorgonzola brûlée figs for $45.
Michael Jordan’s Steak House is set to be open from 3:00pm – 8:00pm and will offer a special three-course meal for guests to indulge in. Squash Empanadas, consisting of Kabocha squash, goat cheese and cilantro-mint sauce, will be the featured appetizer for $15. For the main course, guests can enjoy a Classic Turkey Dinner for $34 which includes slow-roasted turkey, haricot verts, stuffing, gravy, red bliss mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. For dessert, Apple Crisp will be served with maple bourbon ice cream for $14. Right next door, MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill will be open from Noon to 8:00pm and will also feature the Classic Turkey Dinner for $34. Before the turkey dinner, guests can enjoy Cauliflower Cheddar Soup served with aged cheddar croutons for $12. To finish off a great meal, MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill will offer Pumpkin Chocolate Pie for $14 which is made with milk chocolate ganache and cocoa crust.
Guests can head over to The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House to enjoy a special three-course Thanksgiving meal. To start, guests will indulge in Turkey Sliders consisting of house roasted turkey breast, cheddar cheese and horseradish cranberry sauce on a brioche bun for $15. The featured main course will be a Roasted Turkey Dinner served with house roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, sauteed peas, green beans, cauliflower and apple stuffing for $32. To finish, The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House will feature a specialty dessert for $12.
Available for a limited time at Frank Pepe’s Napolitano Pizzeria, guests can celebrate Thanksgiving with the hearty Patata Rustica, a brand-new pizza creation that debuts as this fall’s seasonal special at Frank Pepe’s. The Patata Rustica combines the rich flavors of whole-milk mozzarella cheese, seasoned potatoes, savory bacon, asiago cheese, a sprinkle of grated Pecorino Romano and a drizzle of olive oil, all on Frank Pepe’s iconic dough.
From Friday, November 24th through Monday, November 27th, Mohegan Sun will roll out the Black Friday Hotel Flash Sale, which will give guests an opportunity to receive 25% off a one-night stay or 40% off a two-night stay, redeemable through Wednesday, January 31st. Additionally, from Monday, November 27th through Wednesday, December 6th, Mohegan Sun will offer a Cyber Monday Hotel Flash Sale where guests can save up to 40% off when booking a stay in January and February and 50% off for stay dates in March and April. Fans of Asian-inspired dishes can take in the artistry of skilled TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge chefs and gain valuable insights from experts in the field as they craft a delectable selection of bite-sized delights, alongside a carefully curated selection of premium sake. Foodies and fans of James Beard award-winning chef, Todd English can head over to Todd English’s Tuscany to celebrate the finest ingredients and flavors from around the world with a meticulously crafted menu during the Todd English Experience from 7:00pm – 9:30pm. From the first bite to the last, savor the artistry of Todd’s culinary expertise paired with incredible wines. Guests looking to try something new can head to the Sun Patio from 8:00pm – 10:00pm and experience the thrill of sipping favorite cocktails in a truly unique setting during the Sun Patio Ice Bar Experience, hosted by Waypoint Vanilla Vodka, Baileys Chocolate & Patrón Cielo. During two seatings at 5:00pm and 5:15pm, attendees can step into a world of elegance and sophistication as they will be guided through the exquisite flavors of Japanese whisky paired with a delicious three-course meal. From 6:00pm – 9:00pm, whiskey enthusiasts can head to the Earth Ballroom for Beam Suntory Presents: Whiskeys of the World where attendees will partake in a memorable night filled with the finest selection of aged spirits from Japan, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, and the United States. Vino enthusiasts looking to secure a sneak peek of the rich flavors, subtle aromas, and exceptional craftsmanship at the Grand Tasting can make their way to the Earth Expo & Convention Center from 7:00pm – 10:00pm for the Grand Tasting Preview. Fans of fine food and vino can embark on a sensory journey through the world of wine at SWFF’s main event, the exquisite Grand Tasting, from Noon – 5:00pm in the Earth Expo & Convention Center. Seasoned oenophiles and curious novices alike will embark on an immersive experience that celebrates the artistry of winemaking all while sampling more than 1,000 varieties of wine, beer, and 
spirits. Grand Tasting attendees can watch live demonstrations take place on The Main Stage & The Coca Cola Stage from legendary culinary experts such as Amanda Freitag, Aarón Sánchez, Marc Murphy, Scott Conant and more! UNCASVILLE, CT (October 23, 2023) –– Comedian, actor, writer and producer, Nick Swardson is bringing all the laughs to Mohegan Sun’s Cabaret Theatre for two shows on Friday, April 5th at 7:00pm and 11:00pm.
Tickets to see the Reno 911 star go on sale Friday, October 27th at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Subject to availability, tickets can also be purchased at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting on Saturday, October 28th.
As a standup, Swardson’s Too Many Smells 2018 Tour visited theaters in 40 cities from April through June. Swardson also tours regularly on a bill with Adam Sandler, David Spade and Rob Schneider. Swardson’s latest special can be seen on Netflix as part of COMEDIANS of the World where he was one of four comedians selected to represent the United States. He starred in two one-hour specials for Comedy Central, Nick Swardson: Taste It (2015) and Nick Swardson: Seriously, Who Farted (2010), a half-hour Comedy Central Presents special (2006), and his first comedy album, Party (2007), was certified Platinum.
Swardson was co-creator, co-Executive Producer, co-writer and star of the hit Comedy Central web series, Typical Rick. The series ran for two seasons chronicling the lives of struggling actors, Gary (Swardson) and Rick (Simon Rex), as they try to make it in Hollywood.
On the small screen, Swardson created and starred in Nick Swardson’s Pretend Time (2010), which ran for two seasons on Comedy Central. He voiced the character of Troy in the FX series, CHOZEN (2014), and played the role of Terry on the hit Comedy Central series, Reno 911! (2003-2009).
After catching the attention of Happy Madison Productions, Swardson quickly became a fixture in the company’s films. He co-produced and was seen in Sandy Wexler (2017); Executive Produced and was seen in The Do Over (2016) and The Ridiculous Six (2015); starred with Jesse Eisenberg, Danny McBride and Aziz Ansari in 30 Minutes Or Less (2011); wrote, produced and starred in Grandma’s Boy (2006); and wrote and starred in Benchwarmers (2006).
