Stand-up comedy performance at Mohegan Sun to take place in August; Tickets on-sale Friday, April 18th
Blue Collar Comedy alumni Ron White has a date set for Mohegan Sun Arena this summer. The Comedy great hits Uncasville, CT on August 18th for an 8:00pm show.
Tickets are $39.50 and go on sale Friday, April 18th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White is best known as the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from the “Blue Collar Comedy” phenomenon. Showcasing her extraordinary photography book, Bruce Springsteen In Focus 1980-2012, Rothenberg sits down with fans inside The Cabaret Theatre for a live Q&A session. Afterward, she takes to The Shops at Mohegan Sun to sign copies of her pictorial tribute to “The Boss” on the first night of his sold-out Mohegan Sun Arena show. Rothenberg returns on Sunday at 4:00pm to sign books before Springsteen’s second sold-out show inside the Arena.
At the age of 16, Debra L. Rothenberg fell in love with the music of Bruce Springsteen. Her love for his music and her strong passion for photography helped shape her career path from that moment forward. Rothenberg has worked as a concert photographer for the New York Daily News since 1999. Rothenberg is an accomplished professional photographer with her work being published in top magazines such as Rolling Stone, People, Us Weekly, Q Magazine, Time and Newsweek.

The first-ever non-musician Wolf Den Hall of Fame recognition is set for Friday, May 2nd before the Jana Kramer performance
Mohegan Sun’s Wolf Den has long been known for bringing great Country acts, both up-and-coming and established, to Connecticut, so much so that the venue has been awarded the small capacity industry award “Casino of the Year” by the Academy of Country Music. The ability to continually bring in high-caliber live Country music, at free admission, is unmatched in the region and it would never be possible without the help and great partnership with 97.7 WCTY-FM. That is why Mohegan Sun will be honoring the whole team over at Eastern Connecticut’s Country station, WCTY-FM, as the next Wolf Den Hall of Fame inductee.
The induction ceremony will take place on The Wolf Den stage prior to the start of the Jana Kramer performance on Friday, May 2nd at 8:00pm. Mohegan Sun executives and Tribal leaders will be on hand to present this honor to the team over at WCTY-FM.

For the first time ever –Wolf Den wins award for “Casino of the Year” in small capacity; Mohegan Sun Arena also wins its 4th ACM Award
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 31, 2014) – It was recently announced in Las Vegas, NV that Mohegan Sun has won multiple ACM Industry Awards, sweeping the field for Casino awards. For the first time ever, the Wolf Den has won for “Casino of the Year” for small capacity venue. Mohegan Sun Arena has also won “Casino of the Year” for medium capacity venues. An unprecedented 4th ACM Industry award for the Arena!
Industry Awards are presented at the annual ACM Honors event to be held in Nashville on September 9th, 2014 and aired on CBS. The Industry Awards are a part of the 49th Annual ACM Awards and are recognized in the annual program book handed out during the award show in Las Vegas on April 6th.

Join the former all-stars Luis Tiant and Dwight “Doc” Gooden to watch the Boston Red Sox take on the New York Yankees for their first series of 2014. The two baseball greats will be meeting fans and signing memorabilia at Bow & Arrow Sports Bar on Friday, April 11th.
Former pro pitcher Luis Tiant is a three time major league baseball all-star and is most known for his successful seasons with the Boston Red Sox. The right-hander has won an astounding 229 games, the “Babe Ruth Award” and was even inducted into the Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame. Tiant’s last professional appearance was in 1992 for the Cleveland Indians.
New York Mets’ legend Dwight “Doc” Gooden left quite an impression on New York with his career debut for the Mets and his final appearance with the Yankees in 2000. Gooden is a four time all-star and three time World Series champion. The pitching pro led the league in strike outs and once pitched a no hitter during his time with the Yankees.
