IN DETAIL: On Tuesday, October 22nd, guests who love The Price is Right are invited to The Shops Concourse at Mohegan Sun for a casting call, where they could be selected to play iconic games, spin the big wheel and compete for fantastic prizes. From ultimate fans to those who are just ready to have some fun, everyone is welcome to stop by the casting call to see if they have what it takes to make it on this incredible show. The Price is Right will select two lucky semi-finalists and they will travel to Los Angeles. The winner will be called to “Come on Down!” and play the game on national television!
All participants in The Price is Right casting call must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States who currently resides in the states/Washington D.C. at the time of the application.

Lauren Alaina and Chris Lane Set To Join The Superstar Vocal Group On The Nationwide Tour In 2025
UNCASVILLE, CT (October 3, 2024) – Emerging from hiatus with renewed passion, Country music icons and multi-platinum selling act Rascal Flatts will embark on their Life Is A Highway Tour in 2025, celebrating 25 years of hits and the impact of one of the most influential groups in Country music. UNCASVILLE, CT (October 1, 2024) – This past Saturday evening, on September 28th, Mohegan Sun’s revamped outdoor Sun Patio venue played host to an all-ages event featuring a popular Taylor Swift tribute band. A crowd of more than 2,150 enjoyed the special evening of their favorite hit songs, fun activities, and food trucks by way of Philly’s, Supreme Hot Dogs and NoRA Cupcake Company.
“We made some major improvements to the outdoor space known as Sun Patio ahead of the summer and with that, Mohegan Sun successfully hosted a variety of events, including 30+ free concerts,” -said Jeff Hamilton, President & GM of Mohegan Sun. “This Taylor Swift celebration was a tremendous showcase of what we envisioned for this unique outdoor amenity, and it became the largest ticketed event yet hosted on the new Sun Patio, with more than 2,150 enjoying the special event!”
Officially billed as “Are you Ready For iT? A Musical Tribute,” a talented tribute band based in Connecticut hit the stage just after 6:00pm. Using costumes, choreography and signature elements from Taylor’s performances, the band captured the thrill of one of the most iconic acts in music today. In addition to a night filled with chart-topping renditions, the event featured group seating around fire pits, delicious bites, a photo booth and a friendship bracelet station.

10th Annual benefit to take place in the Uncas Ballroom on Saturday, November 16th
UNCASVILLE, CT (September 24, 2024) – On Saturday, November 16th, all are welcome to head to Mohegan Sun to celebrate active-duty military and veterans at the 10th Annual Vets Rock. This event features valuable programs that focus on enhancing the lives of veterans and active-duty military members through a job fair, veteran service organizations, veteran-owned businesses, and other resources. This event is free and open to all ages.
Opening Ceremony The Opening Ceremony, presented by Gil Simmons from WTNH, will take place from 11:00am – Noon in front of the Box Office in The Shops at Mohegan Sun. An exciting presentation from the Tribal Color Guard will kick off the festivities! Members of Mohegan Sun’s executive team along with other influential speakers will discuss the importance of our military and will show their gratitude for veterans. Additionally, a local school will perform the National Anthem and two service dogs will be presented to their new owners by Everlasting Veteran and donated by Meadow Ridge Weims (And Danes). Following the ceremony, guests are invited to the Uncas Ballroom for the 10th year of Vets Rock.
Vets Rock Expo From Noon – 4:00pm, guests of all ages are invited to attend the free Vets Rock Expo in the Uncas Ballroom at Mohegan Sun. The expo will feature tables hosted by veteran service organizations, educational services and companies looking to provide benefits to veterans and active-duty military members. A job fair hosted by Mohegan Sun will be available during the expo to assist service members and their families in accessing career opportunities. Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to receive a flu vaccine by Northeast Medical Group and interact with adorable puppies looking for their forever home as All Paws on Deck will be hosting an adoption event. Guests 21 or older will also be able to participate in Casino 101 featuring free Blackjack and Roulette lessons offered by Mohegan Sun.
As a thank you to the troops, both past and present, Mohegan Sun regularly offers year-round military discounts to all active-duty military personnel, veterans and military dependents at more than 40 shops and dining locations across property.
