UNCASVILLE, CT (October 24, 2024) – Ahead of the highly-anticipated release of her new album, PATTERNS, on Friday, October 25th, the 2X ACM and CMA award-winning artist, Kelsea Ballerini, announced details today regarding her upcoming arena tour, KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR. This 30-city, three-month tour includes a 7:00pm show at Mohegan Sun Arena on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14, 2025. Ballerini’s tour will feature special guests Maisie Peters and MaRynn Taylor.
The general on sale begins Friday, November 1st at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available via the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Saturday, November 2nd, subject to availability.
To honor that soul connection, Ballerini is donating one dollar from every ticket sold to her Feel Your Way Through Foundation. With a commitment to supporting mental health charities, FYWT was designed to lessen the stigma around the conversation of mental health, as well as finding a way to get people the tools they need to get help they may not have access to currently.
To celebrate the Friday, October 25th release of PATTERNS, Ballerini is kicking off the morning with TODAY at Rockefeller Plaza for NBC’s Citi Concert Series. Release week festivities will continue as Ballerini brings her forthcoming album to life for the very first time on Tuesday, October 29th joined by a sold-out Madison Square Garden crowd before making appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, October 30th and rounds out the week with The Kelly Clarkson Show on Monday, November 4th. Showcasing one of the greatest voices of our time, Linda Eder’s diverse repertoire spans Broadway, Standards, Pop, Country, and Jazz. When she performs “live” in concert, it is amazing to experience the ease with which she moves back and forth from one genre to another as if she were gifted with the vocal ability to perform each genre as well as all the others.
Born in Tucson, Arizona and raised in Brainerd, Minnesota, Eder began her career right out of high school singing all around her home state, and she eventually landed a gig at Harrah’s Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. But it was her appearance on the 1987 season of “Star Search,” during which she won for an unprecedented 12 straight weeks, which attracted the attention of audiences and record companies alike.
In 2018, Linda recorded her 17th solo album, a Broadway/Standards CD entitled IF YOU SEE ME, with music for the title track written by her son, Jake Wildhorn, and lyrics written by Linda herself. She has also put out her first “behind the scenes” DVD entitled THE OTHER SIDE compiled from personal moments at work and at home over a three-year period and culminating with the making of her new CD (IF YOU SEE ME).
She has appeared on television numerous times. TrailMIX, her prime-time Animal Planet special about singers with a passion for horses, was a natural extension of her love for animals and featured Linda interviewing fellow recording artists and performers Sheryl Crow, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Irish tenor Ronan Tynan, Rob Thomas, and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry. She has been featured on numerous PBS television concert specials including Clay Aiken’s Tried & True, Hallelujah Broadway, Linda Eder: The PBS Concert, Best of Broadway: Broadway The Leading Ladies, Best of Broadway: The Love Songs, Jim Brickman Plays The Disney Songbook, and more. Her 2001 Holiday Concert, Christmas Stays the Same, was broadcast on Bravo TV and continues to be a popular selling DVD.
The concert stage remains the mainstay of Eder’s career. She has performed for sold-out crowds in venues across the country and throughout Europe. UNCASVILLE, CT (October 14, 2024) – The recipient of the “World’s Greatest Elvis” Impersonator, Shawn Klush will close out 2024 with a live performance at Mohegan Sun Arena on Tuesday, December 31st. Klush takes the stage at 7:00pm.
Tickets go on sale Friday, October 18th via Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Saturday, October 19th, subject to availability.
Born and raised in the small coal-mining town of Pittston, Pennsylvania, Shawn’s love for music led him to begin imitating his musical idol, Elvis Presley. He performed in the famous Poconos region followed by a tour of Canada where he entered and won the $5,000 prize in the “Worldwide Elvis Competition” in Montreal. This caught the attention of the award-winning Las Vegas show, “Legends in Concert” where for many years he starred as ‘Elvis’ in their Myrtle Beach, Las Vegas, Branson and Atlantic City show rooms. Each year he stars in the “Elvis Tribute Artist Spectacular Birthday Edition Tour.”, an extravaganza with Elvis’ own musicians, back-up singers, and friends, in major venues in the US and headlines the Elvis Tribute Artist World Tours.
Shawn has released 5 CDs. He has performed with Elvis’ closest friends, musicians and singers such as JD Sumner and the Stamps Quartet, The Jordanaires, The Imperials, DJ Fontana, Charlie Hodge, Jerry Scheff, The Sweet Inspirations, Joe Guercio, Jerry Schilling and Joe Esposito.
On Elvis’ 70th birthday, Shawn became grand champion at the $25,000 “World Elvis Tribute Artist Competition”. He then received “The Peoples Choice Award” from Gibson Guitar Co in Nashville for “Best Concert Elvis”. Shawn was then named the “World’s Greatest Elvis” by 6.5 million international viewers on BBC1 Television in the United Kingdom. Finally, on August 16th, on the 30th anniversary of Elvis’ passing, Shawn was named the ‘First Ever’ “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” by Elvis Presley Enterprises in Memphis TN. Shawn has record breaking performances in the US, Switzerland, Canada Australia, the UK and South America.
Shawn was a featured performer on the Late Show with David Letterman performing to over 8 million viewers on CBS. He portrayed Elvis in Shake Rattle & Roll on VH1 and CBS, appeared on the TV series Impractical Jokers and What we do in the Shadows and portrayed Elvis in the HBO TV series Vinyl produced by Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger.

Event to feature a special Q&A session with Boston legends Manny Ramirez, Johnny Damon, and more
Guests are invited to Mohegan Sun’s novelle to step back in time and relive one of the most iconic moments in baseball history at Reverse The Curse: 20 Year Anniversary! From 8:00pm – 9:00pm on November 9th, those in attendance will be able to listen in on a Q&A with Manny Ramirez, Johnny Damon, Mike Timlin, Alan Embree, and Keith Foulke as they relive the historic and career defining 2004 post-season.
Twenty years ago on October 27, 2004, Ramirez, Damon and the rest of their team won the most prominent game of the professional baseball season and broke their team’s 86-year long curse! To get there, this team of big bats and special pitchers needed to go through rivals out of New York, and did so in unprecedented fashion coming back from an 0-3 deficit. Celebrated broadcaster Jayme Parker of Outside the Fame, will dive into it all, and help give Boston fans a glimpse into the past and present as these former champions share stories, reminisce and go behind-the-scenes!

UNCASVILLE, CT (October 10, 2024) – The Shed Restaurant, officially opened on Wednesday, October 9th in Mohegan Sun’s Casino of the Earth, across from Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana. This new offering is the brainchild of co-founders John Tunney & John Rieger from BALLO Italian Restaurant.
“Over the last few years, we’ve been working really hard to grow our non-gaming business throughout our property with new restaurants and creating immersive dining experiences,” said Jeff Hamilton, president and general manager of Mohegan Sun. “I believe when The Shed opens, people are going to want to come here to visit The Shed, not come to Mohegan Sun and eat there because they happen to be here. As we choose food & beverage operators and as we open new restaurants that is always our goal – to put a great restaurant inside of a great property.”

The Shed Restaurant has created more than 100 new jobs, including a culinary team led by Chef Roberto Baez. Chef Roberto’s menu offers a bright take on American comfort food and features a robust list of specialty brunch, lunch and dinner menu items — from the indulgent to the healthful – with the full menu available all day. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available, and many menu items can be customized to be a vegan dish, making The Shed Restaurant the only restaurant at the property to offer vegan dining. The Shed’s enticing brunch, lunch & dinner menus are only made better by the ultra-friendly team and rustic beach-chic ambiance that incorporates warm textured woods, pops of color and intriguing works of art.
Local contractors involved in the project include electric work by Native Sons Ltd., based in Plainville, CT and interior design and architecture completed by id3a, based in Glastonbury, CT.
The Shed is an 8,785 square-foot space, complete with a 2,150 square-foot dining area, and a 3,150 square-foot scratch kitchen plus walk-in units. The space seats 205 guests, including 11 seats at a full bar. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis with the ability to join a text-based waitlist at the door.

Brown first revealed details of his fourth studio album The High Road yesterday on socials, where he shared the album cover, album title and album release date with fans. The announcement came on the heels of Brown’s performance of his massive international hit “Miles On It” on the American Music Awards 50th Anniversary Special Sunday evening (October 6th) and his recent honor at the People’s Choice Country Awards (September 28th), where Brown was recognized with the “Country Champion Award” for his contributions to the Country format and performed “Fiddle In The Band.” Both “Miles On It” and “Fiddle In the Band” are featured on Brown’s upcoming album, along with his new song, “Backseat Driver,” which Kane is set to debut tonight on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (October 10th).
