UNCASVILLE, CT (May 17, 2023) – Mohegan Sun is celebrating the LGBTQ+ community with a fun-filled weekend of Pride. Festivities start Saturday, June 24th with an all-ages event, Pride on the Sun Patio. Then, Cocktails & Queens delivers the ultimate drag show in The Cabaret Theatre. Guests can keep the party going on Saturday with Avalon Nightclub’s PRIDE @ Night. Pride Weekend wraps up on Sunday, June 25th with the You Better Work: Diva Brunch at novelle, a special E.R. Fightmaster meet & greet, and a Pride-themed Connecticut Sun basketball game presented by Jordan’s Furniture.

Plus, special performances by Pangina Heals and Robin Fierce, stars from RuPaul’s Drag Race!

Connecticut Sun Pride| Sunday, June 25th
Connecticut Sun is ready to go All in for Pride! Guests can partake in a special meet and greet with E.R. Fightmaster from Grey’s Anatomy at The Cabaret Theatre at 10:30am. Tickets are $100 and $85 and on sale now. Ticket price for the meet & greet includes admission to the CT Sun Pride Game vs Chicago Sky.
At 1:00pm, Connecticut Sun is hosting a special Pride Game presented by Jordan’s Furniture. Fans are encouraged to show their pride while enjoying a special halftime performance. The first 2,500 fans will receive a Connecticut Sun beach towel. Both the E.R Fightmaster meet & greet and the CT Sun Pride Game are open to guests of all ages.

Escape from the ordinary and make your way to novelle to experience two new events: Battle of the Ballads, which features incredible singers going head-to-head in a musical competition and Toast with the Host: a behind the bar series, where you can sip on specialty cocktails mixed by celebrities like Tyler Cameron from The Bachelorette! The popular Bubbles, Brunch & Beats will also be returning to novelle!
Experience two-house singers going head-to-head in a live musical Battle of the Ballads event. Prepare yourself to be blown away, as each month, talented artists will perform mashups, classic songs, or today’s hits – nothing is off the table! Six fun-filled days at seven different locations with tequila, tacos, nachos, and sombreros kicks off on Monday, May 2nd and lasting through Saturday, May 7th. Whether you prefer your margarita frozen or on the rocks, Mohegan Sun will have a place for you to enjoy the celebration.
Get rid of the “Monday blues” at the Bow & Arrow Sports Bar while enjoying happy hour all day long with $8 Patrón Margaritas. Guests will also receive half-off all taco orders with the purchase of a margarita.

The fun-filled Pride Weekend celebrating members of the LGBTQ+ community will be held Saturday, June 25th, and Sunday, June 26th. The two-day event will be a celebration of love and inclusion jam-packed with activities for guests throughout the property.
The festivities begin on Saturday, June 25th, with Pride on the Patio! Pride takes over the Summer Entrance with local businesses and support organizations! A local guest DJ will be keeping the energy going with music throughout the day. Enjoy a variety of food trucks and drink specials at our bar. Check out a variety of vendors including our benefitting organization outCT. Special guest Kalen Allen will join the party and do an exclusive meet and greet. Pride on the Patio is open to all ages!

Celebrate Christmas and New Years with dining and retail specials across property
UNCASVILLE, CT (December 10, 2019) – ‘Tis the season at Mohegan Sun, and celebrations are taking place for Christmas and New Years with a variety of holiday dining and retail specials across property. Guests can dine and unwind with favorites like Hash House A Go Go, Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain, Todd English’s Tuscany, and more!
Christmas at The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House includes a traditional ham dinner featuring honey baked ham covered in house-made golden raisin and tomato chutney, served with a side of the daily vegetable, mashed potatoes and stuffing for $18. This dinner is available on Christmas Day, with doors opening at 2:00pm.
Hash House A Go Go is bringing the holiday cheer with some festive dining specials!
- Guests who try the peppermint bark pancake will get a famous Hash House A Go Go pancake with crushed candy canes cooked inside, topped with whipped cream and a side of hot fudge sauce for $10.99.
- The cream cheese stuffed French toast for $14.99 has cream cheese sandwiched between two pieces of milk bread and dipped in banana cream batter, grilled to perfection and topped with blueberries and blackberries. This special is also available in the tractor option – add two eggs any style with the choice of bacon, sausage links, turkey sausage patties or potatoes for an addition fee.
- Those looking for a savory option can devour the house-cooked Prime Rib served with mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, au jus and a horseradish cream for $24.99.
- The shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta for $19.99 includes sautéed shrimp atop a bed of angel hair pasta, tomatoes, green onions and garlic tossed in a lemon butter wine sauce.
- For dessert, enjoy the gingerbread bread pudding for $9.99. This holiday twist on Hash House A Go Go’s famous bread pudding is mixed with gingerbread spices and served alongside vanilla bean ice cream topped with a house-made caramel sauce.
Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain is serving up a special holiday three-course meal for $150. First course is a classic Bar Americain Caesar salad. The main course is surf and turf – twin 6 oz. filet mignons with steamed lobster, goat cheese mashed potatoes and California flat leaf spinach (guests can substitute the steamed lobster for hot or cold crab legs for an additional $25). Dessert is chocolate cream pie, and guests can take dinner to the next level with a 375 ml. bottle of champagne for $50. Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain is open on Christmas Day from 5:00pm – 9:00pm, and from 4:30pm – 11:00pm on New Year’s Eve. OpenTable reservations are available.
The Christmas special at Todd English’s Tuscany features braised veal osso bucco and risotto alla Milanese for $60. Christmas hours are from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. On New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy an 18 oz. bone-in ribeye, butter poached Alaskan king crab, EVOO silk potatoes, petit asparagus and a Béarnaise sauce for $75. New Year’s Eve hours are from 4:30pm – 11:00pm. Todd English’s Tuscany is offering a New Year’s Day Champagne Brunch with a special limited menu instead of lunch service on Wednesday, January 1st from 10:00am – 2:00pm for $50 per person. New Year’s Eve specials at Jasper White’s Summer Shack include The Baller – 1 lb. Alaskan king crab legs, 1 lb. steamed lobster, eight oysters, eight littlenecks, four cocktail shrimp, two oyster tuna sashimi and a bottle of Chloe Prosecco, or The Lobster Surf and Turf – grilled lobster tail and filet mignon with bordelaise sauce, mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables.
