IN DETAIL: Mohegan Sun’s Signings and Sightings scores a touchdown with football great Matt Chatham. Kick off the season with this legendary linebacker during a special autograph session on Thursday, September 8th at Bow & Arrow Sports Bar.
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to time restrictions, Matt Chatam will only be signing the headshots given out at event OR 1 personal item per guest. Photos taken with personal cameras are prohibited. Must be 21 or over to attend.

Meet New England’s own boxing great, Micky Ward, on Saturday, November 14th in Bow & Arrow Sports Bar as he takes part in a free Signings & Sightings event. The junior welterweight, whom the movie The Fighter was based, will be signing autographs for fans beginning at 9:00pm.
ABOUT MICKY:
Micky captured both the WBU Intercontinental Light Welterweight title and the WBU Light Welterweight title during his career in boxing. He also won the respect and admiration of many fans worldwide. The song “The Warrior’s Code” by the Punk Rock band Dropkick Murphys is dedicated to Micky Ward and his photograph appears on the cover of the album. Ward’s trilogy with Arturo Gatti, the first of which took place at Mohegan Sun Arena, would become the cover of the video game Fight Night Round 3, on both the PlayStation 2 and XBOX versions of the game. To top it all off, the movie The Fighter starring Mark Wahlberg as Micky Ward and Christian Bale as Dicky Eklund recounts Ward’s climb to fame. Ward is managed by the Prince Marketing Group.

Mohegan Sun’s Signings & Sightings scores a slam dunk with legendary basketball coach Jim Calhoun. Mark the start of March Madness with Coach Calhoun during a special autograph session on Thursday, March 19th at Bow & Arrow Sports Bar.
The legendary Coach Jim Calhoun boasts an impressive list of achievements during his time as a head coach. He led teams to three NCAA national championships and four appearances in the Final Four. In 2011 Calhoun was nominated for the “Best Coach/Manager” ESPY award.
*Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to time restrictions, Coach Jim Calhoun will only be signing the headshots given out at event OR 1 personal item per guest. This event is bracelet-only. A limited number of bracelets will be distributed starting at 5:30pm at the signing location at Bow & Arrow Sports Bar. Participants must have a bracelet in order to gain entry into the signing line. Photos taken with personal cameras are prohibited. Must be 21 or over to attend.

Don’t miss your chance to watch some major league baseball with two of the sport’s finest! Join the former all-stars Luis Tiant and Dwight “Doc” Gooden to watch the Boston Red Sox take on the New York Yankees for their first series of 2014. The two baseball greats will be meeting fans and signing memorabilia at Bow & Arrow Sports Bar on Friday, April 11th.
Former pro pitcher Luis Tiant is a three time major league baseball all-star and is most known for his successful seasons with the Boston Red Sox. The right-hander has won an astounding 229 games, the “Babe Ruth Award” and was even inducted into the Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame. Tiant’s last professional appearance was in 1992 for the Cleveland Indians.
New York Mets’ legend Dwight “Doc” Gooden left quite an impression on New York with his career debut for the Mets and his final appearance with the Yankees in 2000. Gooden is a four time all-star and three time World Series champion. The pitching pro led the league in strike outs and once pitched a no hitter during his time with the Yankees.

WHAT: Former professional football star and sports TV analyst Keith Byars comes to Mohegan Sun on Monday, September 9th for a Signings & Sightings event inside Bow & Arrow Sports Bar.

IN DETAIL: To celebrate the start of the 2012-2013 football season, former all-pro fullback/tight end Keith Byars will be greeting fans as part of a special Signings & Sightings event at Mohegan Sun. During halftime of the Monday night football game that evening, Byars will mingle with fans and sign headshots as part of this free event.
Byars was a first-round draft pick in 1986 when he was chosen to play for Philadelphia. In the years that followed he moved on to play for teams in New England, Miami and New York. Byars is currently a popular sports analyst and broadcaster in New York.
