UNCASVILLE, CT (June 10, 2024) – On Sunday, June 9th, Mohegan Sun Arena celebrated another milestone. A sold-out show with legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Stevie Nicks marked 3,000 Arena events since opening the award-winning 10,000-seat venue in October 2001. As part of this celebration, Mohegan Sun selected two lucky concert goers for a special upgraded prize package!

Over its 23-year history, Mohegan Sun Arena has hosted entertainment powerhouses Bruce Springsteen, Matt Rife, Billy Joel, Bruno Mars, Beyoncé, Pink, Bon Jovi, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Thomas Rhett, and many more. Top comedians including Chris Rock, Kevin Hart, Kevin James, and Sebastian Maniscalco have also graced the stage. The Arena will also present a three-night run beginning August 16th starring popular actor and comic Shane Gillis and continue to host the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun. The CT Sun made their debut at Mohegan Sun Arena in May 2003, and are currently the #1 team in the league with a 9-1 record. Mohegan Sun Arena has also had the honor of hosting WNBA events like the WNBA draft, All-Star games, and the WNBA Finals.
This year has been busy for Mohegan Sun Arena as the venue reached the 15 million total guests’ milestone in February. Other accolades include being awarded the 2024 Newsweek Readers’ Choice award for “Best Casino with Live Entertainment in America” and being named “Best Casino/Resort Venue of the Year” at the 35th Annual Pollstar Awards.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will kick off their 2023 international tour with 31 performances across the U.S., including a stop in Uncasville, Connecticut, before heading to Europe. Springsteen and The E Street Band will perform for one night only at Mohegan Sun Arena at 7:30pm on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
The shows will mark Springsteen and The E Street Band’s first tour dates since February 2017, and their first in North America since September 2016.
The tour will be using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform for tickets sold via Ticketmaster. Fans can register for Ticketmaster Verified Fan starting now through Sunday, July 17, for the chance to buy tickets. All registrants who are verified will be equally eligible to receive a unique access code for the Verified Fan Onsale. Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code or have the ability to purchase tickets.

Springsteen and The E Street Band’s most recent studio album, 2020’s Letter To You (Columbia Records), marked their first time recording live together in decades and debuted at No. 1 in 11 countries. Showcasing her extraordinary photography book, Bruce Springsteen In Focus 1980-2012, Rothenberg sits down with fans inside The Cabaret Theatre for a live Q&A session. Afterward, she takes to The Shops at Mohegan Sun to sign copies of her pictorial tribute to “The Boss” on the first night of his sold-out Mohegan Sun Arena show. Rothenberg returns on Sunday at 4:00pm to sign books before Springsteen’s second sold-out show inside the Arena.
At the age of 16, Debra L. Rothenberg fell in love with the music of Bruce Springsteen. Her love for his music and her strong passion for photography helped shape her career path from that moment forward. Rothenberg has worked as a concert photographer for the New York Daily News since 1999. Rothenberg is an accomplished professional photographer with her work being published in top magazines such as Rolling Stone, People, Us Weekly, Q Magazine, Time and Newsweek.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced 15 new tour dates in the US startingwith April 8th in Cincinnati, OH and will close out the tour with back-to-back concerts at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th. Both shows begin at 7:30pm. The dates come on the heels of concerts in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Tickets are $118.00 & $98.00 and go on sale Friday, February 14th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band made their 2014 live debut on January 26th in South Africa with “a sweat-drenched Rock ‘n Roll spectacle” (Mail & Guardian). They’re currently earning similar raves on the road in Australia – where parts of Springsteen’s new album High Hopes were recorded – including a 5-star live review from the Sydney Morning Herald, who said, “If you only see two shows this year, see this one.
