Massive world tour set to kick off in North America on February 15, 2015 and includes a staggering 61 dates in cities throughout the U.S. and Canada; Mohegan Sun Arena to play host August 15th

UNCASVILLE, CT (November 5, 2014) — Multi-platinum selling Rock band NICKELBACK are set to embark on a massive headlining tour in 2015 in support of their eighth full-length studio album, No Fixed Address [Republic Records]. The new album is out November 17th and can be pre-ordered HERE. The band announced the extensive No Fixed Address Tour today in front of a sold-out crowd who packed the House of Blues Sunset in West Hollywood, Calif. Proceeds from this special sold-out show will go to the International House of Blues Music Forward Foundation’s grants program. Produced and promoted exclusively by Live Nation, the No Fixed Address Tour marks the beginning of NICKELBACK’s 12th tour and will see the band performing in 61 cities across North America starting Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2015, in Allentown, Pa. at the PPL Center and winding down in Atlanta, Ga. on August 29th at the Aaron’s Amphitheatre at Lakewood. Mohegan Sun Arena is scheduled for a Saturday, August 15th concert beginning at 8:00pm and will feature special guests Lifehouse.

Concert hits Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, January 30th

The tour kicks off Thursday January 15th in Orlando, Florida, and concludes February 14th in Edmonton, Canada. The Hunting Party Tour heads to Mohegan Sun Arena on January 30th for a 7:30pm show.

The tour will hit several cities that haven’t seen Linkin Park in the past several years, if ever. “Rock music was born in these towns, and for some reason these places tend to get overlooked much more than they should. UNCASVILLE, CT (November 3, 2014) —Multiple Grammy Award-winning singer and legendary performer Bette Midler announced today that she will return to the stage for her first major tour in a decade. The Divine Miss M’s national tour kicks off on May 8th in Hollywood, FL at The Hard Rock Live and will visit 22 cities nationwide, including a stop at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, June 13th for an 8:00pm show. The tour is produced by Live Nation and Larry Magid Entertainment Group.
The tour will feature material from Midler’s iconic career and material from her new album, “It’s The Girls!” – a glorious tribute to girl groups through the ages. “It’s The Girls!” features the swinging sounds of WWII-era Andrews Sisters, to 60’s super-groups like the Supremes and the Shirelles, to 90’s hit makers TLC. The album will be released on November 4th on Warner Bros. Records and East West Records / Warner Music UK on November 17th, 2014.
Midler will make several major TV appearances this week including performances on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (Nov. 5), NBC’s ‘TODAY’ show (Nov. 6) and LIVE! With Kelly and Michael (Nov 7). Midler released several track previews from the album including a breathtaking version of TLC’s Waterfalls. Just a few hours after the song’s release, the track sprinted to No. 5 on the Billboard + Twitter Trending 140. Vanity Fair raved that “you haven’t lived until you’ve heard Midler sing ‘Waterfalls.’”

What: Longtime Mohegan Sun Arena performer and enduring singer, Frankie Valli, will be taking part in a special Walk of Fame ceremony outside the Mohegan Sun Box Office on Sunday, November 2nd at 2:00pm. The ceremony will honor Frankie with a star to be placed alongside some of Mohegan Sun Arena’s most memorable performers, some of which include Bon Jovi, KISS, Rod Stewart, Toby Keith and Taylor Swift and most recently Mötley Crüe! The award seeks to recognize those individuals who have made significant contributions to the success of Mohegan Sun as the Northeast’s premier entertainment destination. Schumer is the creator, star, writer and executive producer of Inside Amy Schumer, the popular Comedy Central and Emmy nominated television series which premiered in April 2013 to the network’s highest season premiere ratings of the year. Schumer’s provocative and hilariously wicked mind is on full display as she explores topics revolving around sex, relationships and the general whirlwind life can be through a series of scripted vignettes, stand-up comedy and man-on-the-street interviews. The show will return for a 3rd season next year.
This summer she completed production on Universal’s Trainwreck that Schumer wrote and will star in alongside Bill Hader, Tilda Swinton and Brie Larson. Judd Apatow will produce and direct the feature film that is scheduled to be released in July 2015.
Schumer’s hit one-hour stand-up special, Mostly Sex Stuff, became Comedy Central’s second-highest rated special in 2012. She was also one of the featured comedians on Comedy Central’s Roast of Roseanne, which followed her memorable and quotable performance on the 2011 Roast of Charlie Sheen.
